This is the best Giant I've ever been to. Very clean store with VERY fresh food! The employees are very helpful and patient, as well. There must be some good management.

Don’t enable a criminal extorting gang that’s Advance Towing. You can do better contracting ANY other company. Otherwise a decent grocery.

I would not return to this store even if the world as we know it ended and anarchy reigned. If I was starving, the radioactive cockroaches clamoring at my feet, I would crawl straight past and find sustenence elsewhere.

I told Iván that the candy I was buying was buy to get the third one free and it wasn’t showing up when I was registering it at the cash register said maybe show up when you put your phone number even though I told him I put in my phone number two times and he just walked away and then at the end when it showed all the other savings except for the candy like I told him I left to go take a picture of it and came back with it in my hand because That was the only way to get him to shut up with my phone in his hand. OK OK I’ll give you the discount to prove it to him. That’s so unnecessary and so unprofessional and then he asked me how many bags did you use? I said one and you can see clearly I only use one bag and then he charges me for two bags and then I say why did he do that and then he said I had an attitude with him when I tried to tell him to takeoff the extra bag that I didn’t ask him to charge me for I am so annoyed with this man, Ivan and really always so annoyed when I have to do self check out there at giant because they’re so unprofessionalthey should know when they always try to act like you’re a child and useless at the self check out machine like I’m just telling you I want my discount

Managers have absolutely no clue how to effectively manage. Cashier had an issue and manager told the cashier to “use her brain” next time and berated her. Have a look into the management here - clearly they are ill trained and poorly prepared to progress anywhere beyond this grocery store.

They have good variety. It is cleaner than the the Wellington and Dumfries store. Play every so often around like noon or 3:00 I'm not sure there's like this high pitch noise that goes sitting off over by where the flowers are. I did find mold a couple times in the cheese.

Of all the grocery stores in northern Virginia, this one is the least well organized. They make it impossible to compare products and prices by putting their food items in multiple places. For example, coconut milk is in the gluten free/natural aisle (I don't even know why this exists separately), Asian section, and Thai section. Shipping trips to this specific Giant take twice as long as they need to and are endlessly frustrating. This store is within walking distance of my house and I'd rather go another two miles to the better organized store down the road. If you value your time, money, and sanity, you should skip this place.Adding update to say that I have already discussed these issues with staff at the store. The people who stock the store are well aware, so calling the store managers to further discuss the issues would be even more time wasted. They know it's a problem and they've decided to do nothing.Adding a second update because I found a fourth location with coconut milk in the baking/spice aisle. Why do I continue shopping here?? This store is the worst.

The manager (Davin)for this store is the worst manager that I seen. Giant HR should train there managers. This manager is very rude with there employees too.But, there is an assistant manager she is polite and good behavior.

This is a very spacious and clean Giant. Found all the food I needed at a cheap price. Be sure to have a Giant card to take advantage of all the wonderful deals. Customer service was on point and well informed.
