Assistant Manager, Ibrahim, provided a great tour of the rental units, amenities, and surroundings. Answered all my questions and provided me with information on how to view upcoming unit vacancies. Did not feel pressured during tour.

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment at West Broad with Cadian. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness displayed. Cadian patiently answered all my questions and offered insights into the nearby dining and entertainment options.

We really appreciated Sierra’s help with setting up the tour and Kimberly’s positive energy and friendliness during our tour. We were impressed with the layout and the amenities and West Broad is certainly our number one preference in the area and we will be crossing our fingers for availability when we need it. Thanks again!

My experience living at West Broad this past year has only ever been positive. The management, maintenance, concierge, community, and amenities were always top tier.A big shout out to Mueed from concierge for going above and beyond at assisting me with moving out. Not only then, but throughout the year since he arrived has he provided exceptional service without a moments hesitation. A shout out to Giang as well! The man is a legend in the community.Kim has hosted wonderful and exciting events time and time again and it is always a pleasure to be able to participate in all the different activities she comes up with. Especially the food and drinks, yum!Maintenance is respectful and quick to respond with any problems. I have never had any issues with them responding too late or doing something wrong. The community here is absolutely incredible, especially the group of folks near the coffee machine in the early mornings! Love grabbing some freshly brewed coffee, mocha, or hot chocolate and getting to chat a bit with others in the area.Sad to leave but that is the life of having a job that requires you to relocate. Who knows though, I might be back in NoVA some day in the future. And hopefully I’ll be able to come right back here where my journey in the Northeast and NoVA first started.

I've been a resident of the West Broad community for the last two years. I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. The building is great and the location is sublime. But what sets West Broad apart from the rest, IMO, are the amazing people that work here. Kim, Giang, Mueed, Girma, and Liseth are just a few of the incredibly hard-working folks who regularly contribute to elevating the experience of residing at West Broad. In particular, Kim Eley, the property manager, has an incredible gift for creating and executing many fun events onsite. The book club, jazz brunch, salsa nights, breakfast to go, running club, and fun holiday-specific events provide a variety of events a resident may choose to participate in. And the neighbors here are the best!!! There's even a daily morning "coffee club" for your caffeine boost and some great conversation with several of the incredibly social residents. And the location of West Broad cannot be beat. I won't get in my car sometimes for an entire week. Everything I need is within walking distance. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here in April of 2021. This is a fantastic community in every way!

we had an painting event for the residents here today, and the general manger Kimberly was super helpful for setting up the venue, but she is a natural artist with tons of fun!Paint the Town is a nationwide company that wants to teaching people painting, but more importantly to have fun while doing it. This is a convenient location with great amenity, friendly staff and awesome management! thanks again Kimberly!

Accolades to the team at West Broad. Their energy and creativity seems boundless. Most recently they had a Jazzy Sunday brunch featuring a very entertaining trio. Tomorrow they have an innovative breakfast to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Every morning tenants can enjoy a coffee from a station located conveniently in the building. Two team members brought their young children to Bring Your Child to Work Day recently. These young ladies charmed everyone they interacted with throughout the day. As a tenant I thoroughly appreciate all that the WB staff do to keep our quality of life optimum at WB.

Absolutely fantastic place to live. The complex is extremely quiet, It is always clean and the staff is outstanding. Giang personally made sure the move in/out process was very smooth as well as my time staying there. The sense of community within the building is great as they put on many activities year round. It is in a great location in downtown Falls Church close to everything. I highly recommend living here.

Kim, the property manager, makes this place amazing. Can you hear everything in the hall from any apartment? Sure! But the people and the experiences that Kim creates for the residents really makes this place a home. The community here is amazing!!

Unfortunate experience. Steve was available to show me an apartment. He initially said however 1. The leasing agent was out 2. He had another appointment coming up - but he could help me. He then searched the PC for floor plans. I got the impression the "tour" was looking at the online floor plans. He said, "Here's the larger one bedroom, and here's the smaller one. it's not as nice. Which one do you like?' I told him I can't say without actually seeing them. Then he disappeared for several minutes finding keys. He finally returned and we walked to the elevator where we joined a queue. There literally was an increasing line of people waiting several minutes. Steve did say there was a resident moving leaving one working elevator. We finally arrived at our floor and exited the elevator where I was told to wait while Steve determined which hallway the apartment was located on. After entering the apartment, he didn't bring my attention to too much. Talking was minimal. I walked around mostly self-directed. He did mention some items, but it was a relatively quiet tour. We got on the elevator again to head for the smaller apartment. Again I was asked to wait once more while he found the correct hallway and encouraged me to follow once the apartment was located. I walked around again. A comment was made indicating how the larger apartment was better, but it was another relatively quiet tour. We got back on the elevator. He pushed 1. The ammenities are on 2. At the beginning of the tour, I was told the ammenities were on 2 and we would view them after seeing the apartments. I asked if we were going to see the ammentities. He said something that sounded like he forgot. I wasn't sure actually, and he mentioned again he had an appointment coming. I figured he just didn't want to show them to me due to time maybe, but I did see them rather quickly and mostly quietly although he did mention which each room was but little more. Oh, I forgoet to mention that at the start of the tour Steve gave me a single sheet of paper with pricing which I took on the tour. When we returned to floor one, he asked what I thought. I can't remember my response, but my main objective was to leave. My overriding thought was he wasn't interested in renting to me. He was seemed minimally going through the motions of a tour because he didn't really want me there as a tenant, but I'm not actually sure that's the reason this happened. I really just wanted to leave. He told me the pricing was on the paper and he went back into the leasing office and I walked out the door. It was very unpleasant and I didn't include all that made it so in this review.

West Broad had been my home for over three years and I've loved it. Kim and her team has always been so approachable and friendly. Right after I moved out, I accidentally ordered a large package and when I arrived to pick it up Mueed walked it to my car and helped fit it within my car. Thank you!

a few things you need to know before agreeing to live hereyou will be forced to pay new amenity fees every time upon lease renewal, who does this? corporate thievesunless you are "special friends" with building mgmt, or if (very specifically) one of them wants to sleep with you, you will be denied any long term incentive like 18 months or 2 year renewalsrenewal offers are not sent in a timely manneryou are expected to give 60 days notice to stay or vacate but they can't even handle getting computer generated paperwork out before your decision date, total incompetencethey are likley waiting for the algorithm to hit its highest and worst rate, who cares if people need time to look for other optionsBozzuto corporate should be held accountableI will never rent Bozzuto again
