Galleria was our favorite florist, but they seem to have closed. Their old phone number still works, but their shop on W Broad in the center of Falls Church has a sign on the door directing people to "Geno's Flowers" on Arlington Blvd. The people there say that they are "handling orders" for Galleria, and they still did a nice job on the latest arrangement I ordered. But it's not the same artistic florist who used to do Galleria's flowers. And the new shop didn't say anything about new ownership or address when I placed a phone order - hence the one star review here (for an inaccurate listing). Just be advised...

Had a fantastic time getting to know owner Alisa during a quick small business interview in the Fall. Galleria is such a great resource for flowers and gifts in Falls Church City, and Alisa is ready to lend her artistic talents and creativity to whatever your needs may be, whether it's getting that just right arrangement, or a special gift you wouldn't have otherwise thought of. Worth a visit when you have time and are walking by!

Husband got me 18 roses for Valentine’s Day. I was immediately disappointed when I saw them as they were a really deep dark red. I feared they were ready to die. Three days later and you can see the pedals are falling. Super disappointed in the quality and a waste of money.

I live in Ankara, Türkiye and was trying to send flowers to one of my closest friends for her birthday. She lives in Northern VA but has visited me in Türkiye! As Tulips are special to Turkish history, I thought they would be a cute way to celebrate her and the amazing time she had while visiting Türkiye. I called many places trying to secure the 50 tulips for her special day, but it turned out to be way more challenging than I anticipated. After calls to various shops, I reached Michelle at Geno's and she made the magic happen! When no one else could get me the number of tulips I wanted, or any tulips AT ALL, Michelle and Geno's did - and quickly! Michelle even sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement before my friend received it. I'm 8 hours in your future and should be in bed, ha-ha, but I had to take the time to let everyone know how warm and helpful Michelle and Geno's Flowers are! Their care, attention, and service travelled across zip codes, time zones, and continents!!

I live out of state and therefore need to rely on the florist I select to convey the sentiments I'm sending. I found Galleria Florist in Falls Church, VA and never once have they disappointed me. They have done arrangements for grandchildren, holidays and dinner parties. Recently I ordered arrangements for a dinner hosted by my family. The arrangements were stunning in the color selection. The creativity and artistry and the various textures presented clearly showed the talents of this group in these exquisite floral designs. They are delighted to work with their customers and helpful and completely trustworthy in designing flowers that I'm proud to send.

Such Beautiful arrangements and flowers. Everything was beautiful, the center pieces and bouquets exceeded our expectations. Alisa worked with us getting the right flowers and color sets we wanted for our wedding. All the boutonnieres and corsages were great as well.So glad Galleria Florist did our Wedding.

Called and asked if they could put together a sympathy arrangement for a neighbor. Was delivered in a few hours. Arrangement was awesome.Definitely recommend.

The order taking is quite lacking. Man could not hear, said he was typing and holding the phone at same time. How can a good order be done when person cannot even get the order taken correctly. ?? Used this florist several times , but will find another now.
