My fiancé and I started working with Fitness Stop in late May 2020, with both trainers Rob Armstrong and Rob Wright. We were looking for trainers who could help us get into shape, lose weight and look forward to exercising. Both Robs were very interested in learning about our goals and how they could help us achieve them. In the beginning, I think it's fair to say we were both out of shape. We've now been working out with the Robs for almost three months and are in so much better shape than when we started. I've lost an additional seven pounds from when we started. In addition to working out two times per week, we have been getting "homework" each week to help us stay in shape in between sessions. We have steadily increased the number of miles we run per week and are now at 20 miles per week, something neither of us could have imagined we'd be doing when we started. We now do ab workouts twice and day, regularly stretch and also do other daily exercises, such as 100 pushups or jump squats. During training sessions, Rob Armstrong keeps the conversation flowing and makes the time go by quickly. Rob Wright is a bit more structured in his workouts but is no less fun to be around. Both are encouraging and provide guidance on working out and proper technique. We'd highly recommend working with Fitness Stop if you want to get into better shape and a better exercise routine. We're going to continue working out with the Robs after our first three-month contract term runs out. They're great guys and have helped us achieve our goals!

I have working out him four times a week for two weeks, and following his diet plan, and already I have lost 15 pounds. Robert's program works and if you stick with it you too will see results.

and I thought I was fit! When I joined FitnessStop I realized what training really means and how you can beat your personal fitness level. Instructors are skilled, supportive and push you beyond your personal comfort zone. Workouts are always different - one day a week it's boxing! Camaraderie and team work make each session fun and even more challenging! First weeks were hard: always out of breath – now I am addicted!

Robert and Garid were each fantastic at getting me into shape! I was actually coming off a few injuries when I started working out with them and they did a great job of building strength in my supporting muscles so that I could start working out again. In about 3 months with them, I gained a lot of muscle, improved my endurance, and saw muscle definition in my arms, legs, abs, and butt that were NOT there before. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to get into shape!

Robert and Garid did a great job keeping my focused and teaching me how to achieve my goals. From meal planning to snacking correctly, to best cardio and weight training regiments, I was able to lose weight and add muscle before my wedding so I could confidently stand in front of my wife, family and friends in the best shape of my life. They worked around my schedule and enabled me to take on an ambitious program as seamlessly as possible. They knew how to tailor workouts that challenged me but didn't scare me away. They pushed me to do the extra reps they knew i could do. If you commit on your end, you will see results.

Excellent staff, very adamant on helping you reach your goal. Perfect motivators and even help you out with a meal plan. No need to have a gym membership as they have their own facility. Highly Recommend.
