I'm a moderate DIYer -- fix within the house when I can but semi-random. This is the first occasion where I've had to work a thermostatic control repair and, well, the part was extremely annoying to figure out (just "what" was the part I needed to buy before even considering the actual repair).Ferguson was the third place I tried as I tried to figure out which cartridge I was looking for.As with the first two, 'what it was' stumped the two people at the counter.The two Ferguson employees, however, didn't shake their heads and send me elsewhere like had happened at the first two ... in a very professional and friendly manner, they stepped up to try to help me figure out what the actual part was so that I could order it and get the shower repaired.A simple truth: quality service like this is the type of customer facing engagement that will bring people back to a store time after time.I let a Ferguson exec know of my positive experience. What did he let me know: one of those two employees was being sent to other Ferguson locations to help train new employees in customer service. Good for them!

Would not buy anything from them ever. Toilets were installed in 2018. They discontinued the toilet, and now will have to replace toilets, as the mechanisms break down (One of them broke after a year, but was able to get a part). Cheap paint job on flush button. Also, got soaking tub, and buttons are hard to push.

These guys know their stuff. Twice now they have helped me tremendously, the most recent one being instead of almost buying a whole cannister flush from kohler online since I couldn't find the exact rubber washer to seal the tank, I took a chance and went here, they were able to find the exact part for me for $2.50. On top of that they didn't have it on stock, so he took one off a set and ordered one online to replace it later, but sold the that part for me on the spot. He even showed me how to find the parts on the kohler site for our toilet. Impressive. That's what i call good service!

I was referred by my contractor to visit the Ferguson Chantilly location to buy toilet . Due to the outstanding service I received from Andrew at Ferguson in Chantilly I bought all my house renovation items from this location. Andrew is very knowledgeable and caring. He has outstanding product knowledge. I will highly recommend this company and their location in Chantilly/ due this great service we received from Andrew! Incredibly helpful. They custom-fabricated a piece of pipe to repair my 50-year-old broken laundry drain, and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!!
