Today was my first day going to this shop. I met the owner Felix and I see he really wants the best parts for the client's cars. They were able to get my car in and out very quickly. Ada who works in the front is very pleasant and professional, she brings good vibes to this business. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. Go check them out!

We have nothing but high praise for Felix Auto Service this week, a local family-run business! As another small business owner, it's important to have a reliable and trustworthy go-to mechanic. They replaced the transmission oil on two Prius vehicles (with premium trans oil) and did a minor temporary fix under the cars until I get the part replaced. They seem quite knowledgeable about other jobs. I appreciate their hospitable and friendly communication regarding concerns. Prices are fair for the value. I highly recommend their shop and look forward to bringing my cars there again for service, etc. Go Felix Auto Service Team!

I have taken a few of my cars here and every experience has been positive. Most recent was a brake/rotor job and an exhaust check engine issue on my truck. Felix and Frank are experts and will be honest with you about whether you need to do the fix or wait. I don't feel pressured to fix every little thing every time I go in like other places I've been to in recent years. Price and quality are fantastic and the crew there is always friendly. Felix Auto is the place to take your car if you live in Falls Church.

I have been burned by other local auto shops and am so glad that I found Felix’ shop. I called to set up and oil change and have them look into an unusual noise and was able to bring my car in the following day. I was prepared to be quoted an astronomical amount, but was pleasantly surprised when the price was beyond reasonable for the area and I wasn’t oversold on other “problems.” The work was completed quickly and my car is doing great. I will definitely be returning and sending anyone I know who needs car servicing to Felix!

We have always found Felix to be honest and reliable. I appreciate that the mechanics explain any found issues respectfully and in detail. They are always willing to talk through their recommendations and options, and the implications of waiting on doing the work. Their work is done quickly and well. This is our go-to mechanic.

As someone from out of town, after my car’s brakes failed, Felix and his team worked overtime to ensure that my car was safe to make the trip home in time for a deadline. Truly incredible customer service—I really appreciate their hard work and dedication in my time of desperation. I can’t recommend them enough.
