Janine was great. Very helpful. My only suggestion would be for the office to hire another person to help with the late afternoon rush.

Janine went above and beyond to help me. I had packaged my items incorrectly and she helped me fix it. She was kind, funny, and worked hard to help me fix the problem. 10/10 recommend this FedEx store and Janine!
