URGENT ACTION REQUIRED : Disrespectful and Discriminatory Behavior by Assistant Manager MarvinI am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with Assistant Manager Marvin at FedEx. Marvin’s behavior was not only disrespectful and slow but also exhibited clear signs of discrimination.As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of any perceived differences. Marvin’s conduct fell far short of these expectations. It is crucial that upper management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.I urge FedEx to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action against Marvin. Discrimination and disrespectful behavior have no place in any business, and it is essential that FedEx upholds the highest standards of customer service.

I just needed a few copies. Nothing difficult. I tried uploading on their website and emailing through the website. Tried several times, the directions were just unclear, so I gave up. Called them and got an email address, sent them 3 docs to print. Waited at least half an hour and drove there. The woman who waited on me claimed that they hadn't received the email. Baloney. Like most of the world, I email successfully all the time. How can a company in the 21st century that offers copying services be unable to deal with email? Not bothering with them again. In addition, the woman who served me at the store made quite clear by her attitude that she really didn't give a you-know-what about the issue.

I had gone to usps to get something shipped but they didn't have a box that would fit both my items in one shipment, so I came to this FedEx to get packaging help.The employee helping me was very micro-aggressive from the getgo. I tried explaining I was looking for something relatively to size, and expedited shipping, and while talking he consistently interrupts me and talks over me.He then gave me the biggest box (because they didn't have one smaller that would fit both), and when I was following up asking about costs for expedited he told me it'd be around $80. Okay, so he sort of lobs my items in the box without much care, stuffs some paper and goes to close it up. When I remind him I don't want my two smaller items jangling around in the much bigger box, he goes and passive aggressively rips a lot more paper to stuff in.Fine, I'm just trying to ship at this point. When he reminds me of the total I ask what's rhe expected arrival date and he says Friday (it's saturday), when I remind him I'm looking for expedited he says 'oh it'll be 200-300 depending on when you want it there' and he says this as if I'm the idiot here.Excuse me??At that point, I just wanted to leave, I tell him I'd like to pay for the box and the packing job and I'll just go somewhere else. I will give him props, he offered to unwrap everything and let me leave without paying, but I just wanted to get out immediately.BTW. USPS charged me $45 to ship both items expedited delivery. I'll probably never go to FedEx again, assistance packing was the only reason I could see going and with that type of attitude I won't be coming back.

Even though it was busy (around 5:30PM) the two workers were on top of it! They got through the line and helped a bunch of us at the printers. This will definitely be my go-to location.I can also tell the store manager cares a lot of about giving customers quality service. He was very attentive to what people needed.

We ordered items to print there and when we arrived the print job was botched. They gave us no warning before picking up and we only found out when we got there that their printer was broken. We also received no apology and instead frustration/ an attitude from the employee working the print area. He suggested we go to another Fedex location to pick up the print job. He told us it would only be 10 minutes away but it was an 18 minute drive and he forgot to mention that the shop closed at 7pm (it was 6:50pm when we left the Fedex location). Needless to say we won't be using their services again.

This location is everything! And it’s because of Marvin. He is super helpful, attentive, and time efficient. He helped print a 24 x 36 poster and other documents in minutes. So friendly and solution oriented. Thank you Marvin.

Wow, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at FedEx! The employee I encountered there had braided hair and was speaking so rapidly that I couldn’t understand a word. I politely mentioned that I couldn’t comprehend what he was saying, but he continued to speak at lightning speed, making incomprehensible sounds. I understand that he might not enjoy his job, but regardless, this is a customer service role, and clear communication with pauses between words is essential. This is a country of immigrants, and we should strive to understand each other. If I could give a rating of 0 or even a negative number, I would.

Visited here to ship a package to Cleveland, moment I entered to the place that Indian sales man Ranjith gave me nothing but trouble and finding ways not to take my package, it was a package I got from FedEx Shipping last month from Texas and was there to ship it to New York, this guy forced me to call FedEx headquarters saying that I need a special letter from them to send a battery pack which they delivered last month. I came out before I loose my temperNot recommend this idiot and his service

Great location. The store is very clean and well organized. Keith was finishing up helping a customer before helping me. He was very energetic and very positive/enthusiastic to help me. Ensured quick assistance while maintaining high quality service and ensuring my parcel was packed and shipped adequately. Very positive energy. I really appreciated it and hope Keith is there every time I need to ship something.

The customer service during my visit was exceptional. Marvin was friendly & diligent and Keith was really radiating positive energy to all of the customers in line. Really nice to see people who take pride in their jobs offering A+ service

Marvin was so kind and walked me through everything to get my passport renewal. All of the staff was very friendly and made my visit so seamless and quick, after I was having a bad day. Thank you so much, Marvin and team :)

Wow, this was the worst experience that I ever had at FedEx! The employee with braided I met there was talking in a way I could not even understand him. This guy was saying 500 words per second with unrecognizable sounds. I told him that I do not understand what he says. But he kept talking and spitting 500 words per second. I understand that he does not like his job, but anyway this is a customer service job, you have to talk clearly and pauses between words. This is a county of immigrants. We have to understand each other. If could give 0 or negative number it would be it.

I walked in and formed a line behind the person in front of me. I was there to pick up cards that I ordered online. Another employee walked up to the next register and called me over. I told him I was there to pick up cards I ordered online. He went to the back and couldn’t find them so I showed him my email. He realized what I was there for and got upset because I lined up in the shipping section and not the copy print section. I didn’t notice but it was an honest mistake. However, for him that wasn’t good enough. He was mad, like about to quit mad. He sucked his teeth and shook his head. His demeanor changed and I suddenly felt embarrassed and unwelcome. I hope he has a better day but I sure won’t be coming back here.
