Often, you hear horror stories about buying a used car from a used car dealer... I am here to tell you that FC Auto, the sales rep Walter and one of the principals Mr. Nosrat went over and above to find the right car for me and my soon to be bride but they also found creative financing when it appeared we might not get the perfect car. We've had a lot of struggles and hit a lot of road bumps almost everywhere (and i mean everywhere) but these guys being a small independent shop did their thing to make me feel like we were important, got us the deal we wanted, and even got us a discount at the car detail shop down the street. A big shout out to the used car dealer in Falls Church on Route 7. Buy your used car here at FC Auto, ask for Walter, remember what it's like to have someone on your side fighting for you helping you get the car you want when you want it. We bought a van today from FC Auto. Hamlet Garcia helped us through the process. We had financing from our bank so that made things easier and helped things go smoothly. Their vehicles, office and bathroom were clean, neat and very well kept. They added small touches to the process that just put their service over the 5 star mark. The trade in value they gave us was more than fair. 100% would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they will be more than happy to answer them.

This was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. We needed a car to replace my husbands truck that was starting to die. I was looking at mini vans because you can get a new car with less miles for cheaper than the kind of vehicles we prefer to drive. I decided to look on CarGurus just to prove myself right, that there was no Yukon XLs with lower miles that were affordable. I was wrong. There was one. I contacted the dealership, and set up a phone appointment. Hamlet was the one who called and he went above and beyond what is expected of any car salesman. He sent videos of the car running, pictures and videos of all the imperfections and did everything he could to make sure that I was comfortable (I am from Ohio, so I was not there seeing it in person). After deciding I wanted the car, I decided to make the trip out there instead of shipping it here. Hamlet test drove the car with me on the highway, in the city, and then took me to a residential area so I could drive it, so that I could be comfortable, and answered all my questions in an honest and respectful manner. He also provided me with all of the invoices with all the work that had been done on the car while in their possession so that I would know what had been done with it. If they were closer to me (around 6 hours away) I would 100% look their first the next time I need a car!

Walter, Frederico, and Bonnie all made our car buying experience great! We mostly worked with Walter who is outstanding.
Friendly customer service. We had our two young kiddos with us and they were all very accommodating.
They were ready for us when we got there and were so professional.
They put a bow on our car, offered us a drink, and were just kind people. It’s the little things!
This isn’t one of those shady hole-in-the-wall used car dealerships. Like I said, they were very professional.
