Not dog friendly. I have 14 years of heathcare experience and I still can't justify the no dog policy at a farmers market. ?

If you enjoy going to the farmers market with your pup, don't come here. Doodle mixes are too low brow for the good people at the City of Falls Church.

Shenandoah farm market, beyond organic. Plus other vendors with organic meats. Love it ?

Great select year round, including but not limited to hot food, art, flowers, produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods and much more. I always stop by on Saturdays when I am in the area.

Nice market. I used to come all the time. But today my car was towed from 207 Park at the rear while I was at the market for a total of fifteen minutes. There were plenty of spaces there, and the merchant at the back was not even open for business. It is a scam contract for towing. Someone had to be watching me. I am going to Columbia Pike or Arlington from now on.

Overall a nice selection of goods. You will certainly pay the 'markup' for organic and it is the DC area, so be prepared to part with a fair amount of money. With that being said, all of the vendors we visited were very friendly and eager to answer any questions we had about their product.

Nice variety of vendors. Cold day so it didn’t seem as busy as it could have been, or maybe we arrived at the right time. Vendors from VA, PA, and MD. Lots of bakery-type vendors with ready to eat products (sweet and savory), stand with frozen dumplings, other stalls with international fare, cart with apple cider doughnuts, dairy and meat vendors, a few apple/cider vendors, a cart with pickles and other fermented veggies, and a few more carts spread across the lot. I’d love to visit again when I’m in the area.

This is a fantastic farmers market! It has all the same items as the Old Town market, but without the crowd. There are plenty of produce options, as well as frozen meat vendors, egg vendors, coffee, mushrooms, tea, and so much more! There are plenty of homemade items like condiments, cheeses, breads, and breakfast options, too! The quality of the produce is also a thousand times better than what I've gotten at grocery stores. Everything is so fresh and flavorful! The vendors and other shoppers are also super friendly, and eager to share tips and recipes!I do recommend getting here within the first hour if it being open because items get picked over very quickly!

9/23/22On 9/17/22 My wife and I took a trip to the Falls Church Farmers Market. Finding a parking space wasn't easy, but we did learn some good news. Apparently when the Farmers Market is in session, you MAY PARK YOUR CAR AT THE KAISER PERMANENTE PARKING LOT:)We did not see this sign until we were walking to the market. My wife was looking for fruits and vegetables, but the fruits won this round. The figs and...I don't remember the other item now. Nevertheless, both items were scrumptious. There were other places around the farmers market that were nice, but Kate's Crepes took the cake. Since we were both hungry, we aquired two crepes. It wasn't enough to satisfy us, but was magically delicious. My wife loves honey and we saw two places that were selling honey. Sorry, no honey combs, but the honey would have be delicious if we had bought some. My wife decided to hold off on buying the honey, but we might buy some next time we are there. While looking around at the other shops at the farmers market, I overheard someone say the farmer's market has expanded this year. This is good to hear. I can't imagine what it was like last year. The weather was very nice and people were sprawled out on blankets basking in the yellow sun. Yeah, the dats of yore. Okay, it was only a week ago. Tomorrow could be an adventure if we go again. I reccomend stopping by the Falls Church Farmers Market when you get the chance. Oh, if you do take the trip there check out the "Hsaw Aknow"...its a would of pure imagination.
