I have been using this florist to send flowers to my girlfriend for every holiday at least four or five times a year. They always are exceptional. They are the best florist that I have ever tried. Some of the reviews that I’m reading on here don’t seem fair and I give this place five stars!!

Placed an order with special instruction that it be delivered by 12 noon, or cancel the order. The order didn't arrive until 2:30. And the order wasn't cancelled. What is the purpose of special instruction if no one pays attention to it. No one called me to tell me they can't meet the time requirement. Fortunately, my wife received it prior to leaving the office.

I ordered an 85$ bouquet to be delivered. When I saw it was nothing short of a 10$ shoppers bouquet. 3 pink roses and filler was all we got. This is nothing short of a scam. Don’t waste your money here

Ordered valentine day flowers in the morning. I know it can be last minute. If they take an order and no communication has been sent out, then everyone will assume that things are in order and will receive the item they paid for. Not after I reach out to them and they take another two hrs to finally tell me that they can’t do it. If you have been transparent and informed little early, special day might not have been ruined. you shouldn’t be in the business if you can’t even do that.

We ordered the premium Birthday flowers for our daughter, specifying in writing that there cannot be LILLIES (since she is allergic). What did they send? Littlies and carnations- not PREMIUM 100 dollar flowers. We had to give the flowers away since they made her sick. I will try to get a refund and let you know. If not, don't go here. Not the birthday we wanted.

This florist is not recommended. The funeral arrangements that I ordered for my Aunt's funeral were nice but did not arrive in time to be placed by the casket for the service and were only seen for 10 minutes at the graveside service. I specifically ordered them 4 days in advance of the funeral service to ensure that they arrived in plenty of time. When I called to complain they did offer a partial refund, which I insisted to be at least 50%, which they finally agreed upon. My suggestion would be to use a different florist.
