Dont trust on the hours here. It says that they close at 8pm but I called asking if it was ok for me to get there at 7:48pm because I am in extreme pain and they said that the doctor took her last patient at 7:15pm!!! Why even bother saying that they close at 8pm! So disappointed.

Dr Dayal is very knowledgeable and experienced. We have been visiting this clinic since it opened and have never been disappointed. Very clean, attentive and prompt.Highly recommend this neighborhood practice.

I've been going here since 2015 and have received the best of care! The medical professionals at this facility are extremely personable, their expertise is phenomenal, most importantly, you're listened to and treated with the utmost respect.Thank you all so very much for all of the care you've provided to my husband and We truly appreciate all that you do!!!

The worst, they asked my son who was very sick stood outside of the clinic until they registered him, even though there were lots of vacant seat in the waiting area. The staff was very unkind.

Decent place to go for emergencies. Sometimes has a long wait time but just depends. Staff is nice!

Normally reliable! Thanksgiving, sign on door that they close at 6PM but no one there. There were roughly 10 people waiting in their cars but no one showed.

I went for a follow up due to some workplace injuries. I saw a different provider than the two times before, this time a female PA. She was dismissive and condescending right off the bat. She did a test on my injury and said “nothings wrong” and basically said “Prove it” when I explained the injury was not triggered using that motion. I then told her I wasn’t comfortable continuing with her and apparently no other providers were there because I was told to come back the following day. It’s too bad. The other providers I worked with prior were nice and understanding but this was enough for me not even to chance getting this PA again.

I have never been to any office so unprofessional. All they want is money out of pocket change cost amounts. Did not explain a lot day of visit. Lied about sending results for clearance almost a week later. Never will go back there again. I feel like place is a joke.. very sad how they run things. Worst experience.

Worst experience ever first off the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and loud. She was not considerate of non confidentiality pertaining to the visit. I had to pay out of pocket when I already have health insurance through my employer. The male nurse attempted to examine my private area due to me thinking I had a possible UTI. Extremely unprofessional individuals at this location lacking common sense and routine medical treatment practices.

If I could give a zero I would. Make sure to not get Dr Soma, she was very cold, no people skills, didn’t care to say hi how are you, how are you feeling, just what are your symptoms take this we will call you if you have anything bye. I didn’t even know the visit was over because she just left the room. People are coming in sick not feeling well, shouldn’t it be common sense to be to give the bare minimum of kindness? this is how the doctor treats patients? I get it with that kind of attitude who wouldn’t hate their life, but don’t take it out on your patients. Here’s some advice you are what you give.I forgot to mention, the front desk girl with 2 pony tails looking like she’s 12, has no service or etiquette she told me go wait in the car, no child it’s can you please go wait in the car! So demanding and rude. Who runs this clinic???We hiring children now for front desk positions just because she can speak Spanish? So unprofessional.

I’ve been twice and every time I’ve gone I’ve always been in and out in less than 10 minutes with a prescription for the medicine I need to get better. Highly recommend especially if you’re in a hurry.

The staff were very very pleasant. They answered all my questions and were in good spirits when I arrived there in the morning. Dr. Kiren is very kind and was very focused and concerned about the pain that I was having in my fingers. The entire experience was very positive. Big thanks to the entire staff at Fairfax Urgent Care near Mosaic!
