Having a great maintenance team is so important to apartment living, and the team here is excellent! In particular, Jay and Carroll get a shout out for their dedication to a job always done well, their friendliness and patience, and their genuine caring about the work they do and the residents for whom they do it. I hope they know how truly appreciated they are.

I love living here! The location is fantastic for the price. I also love that maintenance is on their game. Both Carroll and Jay are extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had. They are a hardworking team!

Convenient. Price friendly. Gets you out of walking in the rain or snow or walking at all. Owners pretty friendly and chill.
