Beware.... We brought a necklace there for them to fix. The necklace was 24 inches. When they gave us the necklace, it is 1/2 inch shorter (23 1/2 inches). Untrustworthy store, never bring and buy anything from them again

Don't ever bring your jewelry there to fix. I brought my necklace there. When they gave it back to me, it was 1/2 inch shorter. I told the owner. She insisted that my necklace was the same length as it was before. My necklace was 24 inches. Now it is 23 1/2 inches. No one sells 23 1/2 inches necklace.

Terrible service from the lady owner! She is so rude and unprofessional! She got annoyed when we asked her to show us another piece, she snapped at my wife. Stay far far away.

Same experience with others said. Mine, is a bit special because they want to switch item. I got my 22k chain and they to have me pay almost 1400 for an 18k chain. Rude, shaddy, worst customer service, do not go there.

I am glad Im not the only one who had a bad experience in this store. The lady(probably the owner) is extremely rude. Very unwelcoming and unhelpful. She wouldn't let us touch the jewelry we wanted to look at. She thinks we will steal her jewelry. just because you own a jewelry store doesn't mean you treat customers like trash because of the way they look. If your a future customer, go take your money elsewhere. This store doesn't deserve your thousands of dollars.

Rudest customer service ever gotten. They seems to treat based on people looks and barrier of language that in between. I hate how they seemed annoyed and lied about the closing store to have us out of store soon, wish I could rate it 0. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. RUDE PEOPLE!
