The team is very responsive. Initially, the dealer told me to replace both front and rear break rotor and pad. After inspection, only one set requires the replacement.

I reached out to Drive European based on a strong recommendation from a close friend. After sending Drive an email to schedule an appointment, communication and the entire process from estimate to completion of the work was seamless. I appreciated the frequent updates and detailed reports. Based on this first experience, I can honestly say they will be my go to mechanic moving forward.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience with this business was less than positive. They have kept my car for 2 days, told me it was ready after trying to keep it yet another day and when in the past they had left my key in a lock box and communicated a code, I was left with no communication this time and unable to get my car. I felt as though I was being given the run around, lacking in communication, which is poor customer service. I am a physician in Rockville and will now have been without my car for 3 days when all that needed replacing was a simple valve- this should never have taken 3 days and at the very least, I should have been able to pick up my car on the day that they told me it was ready. Instead, they literally left for the day and forgot to set up getting my car back to me. I won’t be recommending them to anyone I know.

Don't believe those 5 star reviews. Drive European is a ripoff.c A warning light told me I needed a new alternator but instead of installing a new alternator, claimed my perfectly working battery and a second battery under warranty were bad, and changed both (without authorization). Warning light came on day after I drove my car home. Brought back, claimed one new battery was bad. Following day the warning light came on again. My car was barely functioning besides. This time he tells me that he'd have to do hundreds of dollars of tests to determine what wrong, not counting cost to repair. I drove my car directly to a Mercedes Dealership that immediately replaced my alternator and have had any issues for several years. Drive European excels only is deception, lying, and extorting your money.
