Tri is amazing at what he does and has great communication. i've gone to this solon twice and was so happy that both times he was my stylist. 100% recommend this salon never going anywhere else again.

I'm so much impressed with their well-organized, clean tools, sinks and salon chairs. Very good quality of works and services. They spent time working with my hair professionally. I really liked how they're being so friendly and being polite to customers. I'm so happy that I discovered this place and will keep coming back to them again and again.

The lady which goes by the name Dreamy, owner of the hair salon & eyebrow tattoos at Eden Center, Falls Church, VA, is very shady in the way she does her business. First, she ONLY TAKES CASH for eyebrow work, and she gets plenty of referrals besides her recuring clients. Each time she charges a minimum of $300 for first eyebrow tattoo then she charges an additional $150 for touch up within the 6 weeks after the 1rst service. The problem I have been having with her each time and for the last 5 years is that she leaves uncolored or lightly colored spots on my eyebrows on purpose to make me return first for touch up then to have them tattooed again from scratch within one year. Once she said, "that's how I make money." No shame, dishonest, cold bold face woman! I thought, tricking customers who need her service is not right."

I came all the way from Buffalo to done my eyebrow touch up and hair cut too! Everyone in salon did very good job and they done every detail things. And everyone of our family end up cutting hair because of their professional!!

Tri Troung cut my hair and gave me beautiful layers and curtain bangs and they turned out better than expected and looked exactly like the pictures i showed him. Definitely will be coming back!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I hate writing one star reviews for small businesses. But this is necessary. I had a haircut with the owner. Unfortunately It is the worst haircut of my life. There are random strands and sections of hair that are longer/ short than others. It looks like a monkey on drugs haphazardly cut my hair. It's so embarrassing I'm wearing a hat until my next hair appointment with a real hairstylist. Wow steer clear of this place. Yikes.

I want to give a shout out to Alexa (To) Nguyen for my eyebrows! I have been contemplating getting microblading for a couple years but always was nervous since I wasn't sure if it was too much for my face. I have hair but it's light and the shape wasn't very good. I finally let Alexa convince me to do my eyebrows. She suggested I do nano brows vs. microblading. She said nano would look more natural and would last longer. Well let me just say the procedure was pain free and she really took the time to draw out my eyebrows and get my input before starting. I am so glad I did this and really love my new brows! I didn't know what a difference it would make and how it really framed my face. It's been about a week and even though it's still healing I love them more and more! Alexa also does my color/bayalage and cut and I love her as my stylist as well. Don't hesitate to check out Dream Salon and go to Alexa!

Convenient location in the corner. The one star is simply for that. This was my first time and the reviews are correct. My appointment was 1 pm, they did not come get me from the waiting place until 1:15 and my hair dyed did not start until 1:25. I paid for whole set hair wash but only received a 7 minute massage and hair wash . Other places make time between appointments to ensure you get the full hour for massage and wash. Especially they not on time and do not keep promise and do not keep dealing . No massage hair and face only wash face a little with soap but I asked for stopping because massage was so bad and trash my facial skin and they did not do the whole hair setting as wash hair, facial massage head massage… like they said before I came. This was not even a full hair wash, she only did half of me. Receptionist was not neat in appearance. Pants did not cover her backside and hair looked like she just got out of bed and she was rude. Would NOT recommend and will not be returning.Services: Hairstyling

Thao Thanh - name of the salon stylist - who did my hair was rude and unprofessional . All of them no improvement and so rude to customers . They used bad products, they used poor quality shampoo and hair dye for customers and charge very expensive price. my hair was dry and fell out a lot after that. They used poor quality and expired hair dye on my hair. They are people who work with no professional conscience and no ethics. Never again. Save yourself the headache and find a salon that respects your time and has more skilled stylists. Because their location is so close to me, I've looked past it and even spoken to the owner about my experience- . I decided to reschedule with the stylists that I’m familiar with.Services: Hairstyling
