I worked with Carola on my engagement ring for my now fiance. She was absolutely incredible. She was patient, listened to my needs, and helped me design the most beautiful ring that was within my budget and was finished exactly on time. She was very attentive, communicative, and responsive to any questions, comments, and inquiries that i had throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Carola and Dominion Jewelers!!!

My fiancé was thrilled with the engagement right that Dominion made for us. I was looking for something that was classic, but a little unique, and incorporated a diamond that I had from my grandmother. They worked with me on the design and the final product was amazing. Thanks to Carola!

If I could give a minus 5, I would. The worst experience I've ever had with a jeweler. This company is very dishonest and quite insulting to the customer. I urge anyone who is looking to get any repairs or custom work done to stay away from this company.

I CANNOT say enough great things about Richard Spero at Dominion Jewelers. When I took my tired old engagement ring to him for a "facelift," he first suggested that I go home and think about what exactly I envisioned...true, true, my thoughts were scrambled so his suggesting I take time to "think on it" was exactly what I needed to do. Rather than bulldoze me into something I may not have wanted, we talked it through together. The result: THE RING IS SPECTACULAR and within the price range we had initially discussed. I LOVE my ring even more than before - it is now a "Wow!" - and HIGHLY recommend that you call ahead and make an appt with Richard for all of your jewelry needs!!

I have always had the best service from Dominion Jewelers, I usually make an appointment but today we were in the area and my bracelet had recently broken and I wanted to drop it off if it was possible, and also to see if I could have my ring and earrings cleaned, which they said yes to. Yay!My husband had my wedding ring custom made here at Dominion and it's absolutely gorgeous. I have always been treated great at Dominion but I also have respected and treat the service representative well. My husband has purchased several pieces of jewelry and I purchased his wedding ring at Dominion and in my opinion, based off of comparative analysis and the quality and service we've received, I would NEVER go anywhere else unless it was because Dominion Jewelers was not available for some reason. I recommend 100%!

Typically, I don’t leave reviews good or bad because I don’t have the time to do it. However my experience with Sergio the manager the two times I spoke with him made me feel compelled to do it. He was gruff, smug, and curt.On October 13 I had a phone conversation with Sergio to discuss Dominion servicing my jewelry due to a water loss.He scheduled me to speak with Martha on October 29 3 pm. She is the person Sergio said who would process my jewelry insurance claim for Dominion Jewlers.3.5 hours before the appointment on October 29 Sergio called and cancelled the appointment out of the blue without any explanation nor apologyAfter asking for an explanation a couple of times for the cancellation he begrudging explained curtly and apologized gruffly.Horrible experience.No excuse to cancel an appointment 3 .5 hours before the appointment is due to start with a condescending air especially when he scheduled weeks out.Glad that I experienced his lack of personal attention, commitment, professionalism, and integrity to his customers through his word before I entrusted Dominion with my platinum and gold jewelry and was further along in the process with DominionMy response to owner’s responseMy review is based on the fact the night I made the appointment I was upfront with you in regard to the jewlery and mold. I stated there is NO mold that can be visually seen with the naked eye. The jewlery came from a house that had mold in it due to a water loss . U made the appointment with your employee who works with insurance claims.That appointment was made two weeks out. The day of the appointment I called to get directions your associate gave me directions. Then u called three hours before the appointment and canceledThat is why I wrote the review . The public needs to know you don’t respect people’s time and u don’t have good follow through skills. U admitted on the phone u forgot to call to cancel Future potential customers don’t be fooled by his empathetic response down below. It is all to save face.By the way mold is naturally in your store since it is naturally outside . So every time a person walks into the store they are bringing mold in with them.On a positive note I got the jewlery serviced at Emerites and it has been a wonderful experience . If u want a reputable Jewler who respects your time, follows up on commitments in a timely way and has great customer service skills try them ! U won’t be wasting your time like I did with Domininion
