Let me start by saying I never leave reviews , good or bad . This time I felt the need to speak up because when you get exceptional service and attention to detail you should let people know . I had very specific requests and they went above and beyond to see I got exactly what I wanted . On top of that they did what no other car dealer would . Took a deposit to hold the car because I was unable to come in right away ( who does that ) the car sales business is first come first served . But they knew from our conversation how important this. Vehicle was to me . Rashid saw that every question was answered, put some gas in the car before sending me off and promised that if I needed any assistance later on upkeep and maintenance he would make sure I would have access to his services for a discounted cost . I had to take the car through Maryland Inspection which is much more difficult to pass than Virginia . The mechanic came and told me the car was in GREAT CONDITION with no issues. Hadn’t been that way in the past with other used cars I bought . Thank You DMV AUTO , look forward to my future purchases with you and I will be telling everyone looking for a car to come see you .

Absolutely awesome experience!! Sam and Rashid were fantastic and incredibly accommodating! The cars were highly detailed, smelled great, were of terrific quality. They go over their cars with a fine tooth comb based on state inspection and their own deeper dive. The cars we bought had had the brakes (rotors and pads) replaced and another had a sway bar link and front struts replaced. Most dealers would’ve tried to sneak those issues by - very impressive! I also appreciated their ability to facilitate out of state purchases, made it very easy. Before we committed, we went to almost a dozen other dealers in Chantilly. DMV Auto Group had BY FAR, cleaner, higher quality cars. We went in for one and came out with an MB CLK500 AND a Nissan Titan SE - VERY HAPPY!! My highest recommendation!!

This was the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced. I saw the Tesla model X I wanted, called Sam to set up appointment, test drove it and decided to buy it. I was expecting a lot of other added packages, unnecessary maintenance add-ons, and hidden costs. There were none. Sam just had 4 new tires installed and detailed the car while we did the paperwork. Sam, Rashid and Imran were open, pleasant, honest, respectful and professional. The purchase process was amazingly fast, just like the car the sold me.

Tried to sale me an overpriced 2009 buick enclave. Original 9995 and my bank said overpriced for age their was 7905. ... they tried to get me to pay the difference. I asked Sam several to call the in front of me and he refused. I believe his motives were not sincere and the vehicle was a lemon. Plus all dealership have a 30 days warranty, they tried to sale me this vehicle As Is. He guarantes all his vehicles????Carfax report has limited and questionable info...Nice people bad business. I would not go back!! They probably treat men differently.

You guys have the best quality cars you guys back up what you say about a 2014 Dodge charger and the only thing I have to do is keep it clean the car is a maniac. It runs so well so queen it’s a 2014 and you would think it’s brand new beautiful inside and out. I will recommend you to all My friends, anybody looking for a car is worth the trip add over two hours to get to Dmv molars and drove back. If you need a car, a good car quality car this is the place to go me myself I’ll give them five stars.

Rashid and crew were great. Never bought a car online and was skeptical. I know used cars can be hit or miss but Rashid and Sam were transparent and truthful about the car and didn't try to cover up any imperfections they told me straight up of any scratches etc. Awesome to work with highly recommend dmv auto

Great Dealer good people…. I bought a 2008 Buick Lacrosse from them and it had 40,000 miles and it runs like brand new. It also passed MD inspection with flying colors…. I recommend anyone that is looking for a car to go see DMV Auto Group.

Not your average used car dealer - they are many steps above!Before buying the vehicle, they assured me that if I ran in to any issues in the first few days to let them know and they would make it right. Well...there were a couple things, and they were good on their word - fixed it, no problem!Great to work with, and definitely recommend, if you're in search of a good used car!
