One of the worst customer service. The delivery guy was extremely rude and always has something to say. They don't understand they are in business because of the customers. Will never spend a dime in this company. Edward was very nice and easy to work with. Aster is the one being extremely rude and very unpleasant to work with. This type of guys represent your brand and they need more training.

Bought a living room set at this store. Great quality, some merchandise was damaged upon arrival but their customer service was very professional and prompt. The damaged items were replaced fairly quickly. Great Selection and most of the furniture is locally made.

I’m not normally a review person, but I feel compellled based on my experiences. The quality of the furniture is decent for what you are paying. This review is not speaking about furniture quality, moreso customer service experience. We were building a home, and told that Furniture Max would store our furniture for us, which was true. We ordered a new couch and a few other furniture items in September and was told it would be 4-8 weeks for it the couch to arrive. This wasn’t a problem because our house wouldn’t be ready till end of November. We ended up closing the first week of December, and a few days prior to moving in I called furniure max, saying I was ready to come get my furniture. They told me my couch wasn’t ready..after 12 weeks, and no communication/notification that the couch was delayed. They offered a loaner, but I did not want a used couch in my home, nor did I want to be liable for damages my children or pets may cause. They told me my couch would be shipped December 13th, on the 15th, after no word from them I called and was told it wouldn’t be ready till the last week of December. They said they would deliver a loaner, but a new couch, and I would not be liable for any damages to it. When they delivered it, they damaged the walls in my brand new home (not even 2 weeks old yet), and I’m not talking surface level scratches. I have the loaner for about 2 weeks, then call them on December 28th inquiring about when I will get my new couch, they say it will be ready for delivery January 2nd, great, but why did I have to call them?! They should have been keeping in touch with me this entire time, instead I am the one calling them, constatnly having to pull information out of them. They also damaged the walls when they brought both the loaner and my new couch. I was told I had to wait to get my new couch to have my walls fixed. I call the day after delivery, the 3rd, and am told someone will reach out, they don’t. Then I call again the 4th, and someone finally reaches out. The walls get fixed. All is well with the world, after a month of dragging information out of them, damage to my new home, not having the couch I wanted for the holidays, and what does furniture max do, all they can do is waive the delivery fee…all this to say…PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Hidden gem. Was looking for some well priced furniture since it all costs soooo much trying to furnish a new home. Basir was fantastic to work with, patient, walked me through options, and I found a nice dining room table for what I consider a fair price. Assuming all goes smoothly with delivery and the table lasts I’ll be back here for more! I’ll update if anything goes wrong or the table ends up being poor quality but it sure didn’t look or feel like it!

1. I placed an order for a dining table and 6 chairs on September 22, 2021 with sales order number 18023.Although more than 1 year has passed, my 2 chairs still have not been delivered. Every time I went to the store and asked when I would receive it, they kept me waiting by saying today or tomorrow.I sent a message including my complaint.They have not answered my message. I have no faith that I will get my chairs. They have not kept their promises.2. On March 26, 2022, I bought 2 sofa beds with the order number 19031. Although I liked the KILIM brand sofa beds in the store, they sent me an ottoman brand, a different sofa bed. When I went to the store and asked why, they declared me that it was the same quality and 1 year warranty. After a while, the nails of the board at the bottom came out due to materials that were not very heavy I put on. Although I reported this to the store about 1 month ago and was told that it would be fixed as soon as possible but I was not called even once. They delivered a different brand of furniture from I demanded and they did not fix the problem as they promised. I think they don’t care about the customer.

The sofa ruined very fast (5 months old now and our concern was in 2 month of use). We are only 2 adults and a child at home. We tried to report it. The technician visited us after number of follow ups to say he see nothing and this the quality of what we bought!!! He only admitted that the cushion support is a bit soft after I asked him to check again. Finally we been asked to bring the cushion for them for another look. We just found it a waste of time and effort and decided not to go.

If I could give them 7 stars out of 5 I would. I came in today, bought all of my furniture, and they delivered within 2 hours of me purchasing! They were very thorough, prices were great, and the service was amazing. Everyone in the store is nice, great hospitality, and they really take care of their customers. They are not annoying like regular furniture store salesmen. I honestly felt at home. BUY ALL YOUR FURNITURE HERE!

Furniture max is the worst furniture store . they are not even ready to receive customer complain specially the girl front desk but they were very nice when we buy it .They sold us expensive “genuine” lather sofa, after one year and half all half of the sofa fade up badly and we have guarantee and we asked them what they doing for us and they told us to send some fade part pictures and we did after a while they told us nothing to change and no guarantee at all .

I bought a bed at furniture max, I was promised that they're have the fastest delivery around. It was promised to be delivered after 5 days. When an associate called me the day before the supposed delivery date, I was told that an interstate truck broke down for some reasons, so the bed wouldn't make it on time. We though it was legit because hazard can happen. We came back to furniture max to purchase mattresses, the same thing happen. The salesperson and the manager was quick to make the sale and promised a delivery date. I got a call 1 day before the delivery date again with the same reason, the truck driver couldn't make it. Then we knew that there's no credibility for the store. All they do is give a day and call last minute to give some b******* reason. When the delivery men came to our home, they only brought 1 of the mattresses, and the other mattress was for loan. I was very surprised and called the store. The salesperson told me that the other mattress could not be delivered because it had stains on it. The next thing I found is 1 of the mattresses that's delivered also has stains on it. A corner is ripped. I told the delivery guy and he said he had no idea. It was such a drag, calling and waiting for the good stuff to come. As we paid in full, we expected the serive and product to be delivered in full, not with such delays broken promises and wasting our time. Very disappointed. Will not come back to the store again. If you seek to purchase a furniture piece with no pressure on date of receipt then go ahead, they do have some good-price items, but don't expect your stuff to be delivered on time.
