The owner is a complete jerk, and has no customer service. I was buying ingredients for matar paneer and was unable to locate a couple of ingredients. He was visibly frustrated that I requested assistance. So when I was checking out, he didn't like the price that rang for a couple of my items. He intentionally kept canceling the transaction and said my card wasn't working. The order was $20, so I offered cash. He then said the prices on the 2 items weren't correct and got upset when I challenged him, that all the items on the shelf have the same price. He was on the phone with someone and said that the computer has the wrong price again. I am very frustrated by how small businesses such as this treat us with little respect.

Deshi Bazar offers good value halal beef. Their prices are competitive, and the quality of the meat is fresh and high quality.

The guy in the reception needs some hospitality and decency. I think he was the owner but his subtley rude. He needs to treat guests in a good manner and smile while dealing with them. Nobody goes there to shop for free.The old guy on the back and the other helping guy were very good and respectful.They have plenty of asian items. Recommended.
