Store location is good. Parking spaces adequate. Drive thru is convenient. 90% of staff are satisfactory.But one senior female pharmacist needs to improve her customer service. And stop acting like she is more important than the doctor and patient customers. She made threatening statement beyond her role crosses boundary for simple diabetes care supply. Not a narcotic not a drug addict but respectable senior citizens.

Terribly ill and in need of several Prescribed medications. Was told to come back in 30 minutes, and when I came back was told to wait another 45 minutes.Pick up your medication at quite literally any other Pharmacy.

This used to be a good pharmacy with decent customer service. Now, no matter what time you show up to pick up meds, there is one cashier and a long line. I'm looking to switch to another pharmacy though have been coming here for years.

Keira wa Super helpful she would not have a way to get my prescription for me in a timely manner. I highly recommend being patient and be sure to go and get your prescriptions there even though it may take a little longer. Customer service is very pleasant vertically with Keira and give her five stars.

Lousy management. This place does more business than it can handle and is always understaffed. It takes forever to have a prescription processed and as others have noted lines are long.There's no excuse really. Hire more people. "People won't work for the salary we offer". You are doing a ton of business so offer more. Until then, this is the last time I will do business here.

Never opens on time. Pharmacist is late or not coming, who can tell. Come back after work and 20 people in line and my prescription will take " 20 minutes ". Sad

Updating my review: I'm still happy with the service at this CVS Pharmacy inside Target. The staff is always helpful and diligent, even though they are often swamped. As of late 2022 they are offering covid and flu immunizations at the pharmacy (no need to go sit at the Minute Clinic!) and free test kits (depending on coverage from your insurance company).It was super easy to book my vaccinations on the CVS app. I've also been able to refill prescriptions online with no hassle or have them sent by my doctor. Plus it's nice to stop by here and also pick up a few items at the Target store.

The nurse practitioner Mary at minute clinic is amazing. She is fun, caring and takes care of my 3 year in the best possible way! Highly recommend.
