Typical CVS pharmacy - woefully, painfully understaffed. This is the company's fault, not necessarily this particular location. It doesn't matter what day or what time you come here. There will be at least half a dozen people or more in line, 2/3 of them claiming with some "problem" with their prescription (again, mostly not the pharmacy's fault). You're much better off going to any other pharmacy if your insurance allows

He quietly approached the watering hole. He held their rifle in their hands . What was that? She saw a blur out of the side of her vision. Suddenly he was lifted into the air by a Sasquatch, here working for the Peace Core. How wonderful he thought, what are the chances. And in the watering hole, two mermaids and the Loch Ness Monster. As they later settled around a camp fire, there was a great feeling of calmness, no, a felling of safety as they found hear that she crunching of bone sounds as the Sasquatch consumer a wounded antelope. The firelight lit his furry a reddish hue and the bold squirted between his teeth. Oh, she thought, what a harmonious yet brutal Sping Break! The Sasquatch gurgled as raw meat was squished and squirted blood and gore into the peaceful lake, filled with green alligators whom we had invited but didn't show, brah, and are so not with the rizz. Seriously, yelp wouldn't let me leave until I provided 85 words, right? CVS is OK.

I called the pharmacy today four(4) times for refills. The system did not mentioned one of the prescriptions that I need, so I requested to speak to someone. Kathy answered the phone and I was in the middle of telling her my request , she interrupted me and told me that all prescriptions were in process. Whe I mentioned that I needed another one she disconnected the call. I called three more times and she simple said that all prescriptions were in process and disconnected the calls. I had to call aging and spoke with manager Christian and within 90 seconds my questions were answered and refill requested. I have had issues with this lady in the past. Kathy is rude, inconsiderate, does not listen, and rushes the customer off like a dirty diaper. This is just the latest encounter I have had with her. She may need an attitude change or better customer care training. Because at this moment she is representing CVS very poorly.

Very rude customer service. This lady with round glasses at the front did not help me, or other customers. I had to pick up an item and she was apparently on the phone with her boss, she said go use the kiosk. She demanded me and other customers to go to the kiosk. Never heard a please out of her. Last time I ever go here.

Pharmacist Christian was very helpful getting a prescription transferred to another pharmacy. He spent 15 minutes calling other stores to find my medicine.Thank you, Christian!

This is the best CVS. I get all my prescriptions here. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are attentive and get my prescriptions ready in a timely fashion. I can’t say enough about how great they are.

The employee here was lazy and talked to me in disrespectful way. I just walked out without arguing with him. If you need to interactive with the employees, this might not be the place to go.

20 years ago CVS was great run company. and Todayis the worst. I have to express my dissatisfaction with terrible run by Miss. Mary local store to our small business raqport.com. CVS Falls Church VA I have lost with CVS $1650.00 of my products shipped on dry ice to Lima Peru for chronic kidney problems since they never pass the package to UPS Express International for 6 days. The Manager by the name of Iris was beyond unprofessional, argumentative, and verbally berated me in a dehumanizing manner. When I entered the store, she immediately accosted me over not having a facial covering. When I went to checkout, Iris would not even offer me customer assistance when the self checkout was having an error. She stated: “people like you are the problem”, and that she did not want to get infected by me… When I asked for the District Manager’s number she ignored me and called the police. Is this really the customer service CVS Managers practice? I will not be returning, and I dissuade anyone from spending their money at this CVS..
