Can your pharmacy staff please STOP making people tell them their first and last name AND date of birth OUT LOUD?! THAT IS A HIPAA VIOLATION. They should be asking people for their license or ID. People are very ignorant to tell them out loud. There is no privacy and the staff and pharmacists should know better than to ask the full information. Not cool.

as I walk out of my car I see the beautiful ruby red CVS logo so i know I'm at cvs. It is a lovely path as I walk into the beautiful red doors and place my feet on the lovely comfy carpet floor made of fabric. I was too exited and didn't know where to start. First, I went to get a pack of gum at the pharmacy. The glossy white heart with the vanilla white color when it says pharmacy. The rosy red wall is very beautiful and pulls the vibe of this place. I see my favorite gum flavor,watermelon and snatch it. I put it in my cart. I go to the freezer where the nutritious drinks are. The freezer is icy and cold and keeping the nutrients cold. I get a water. CVS water tastes the best. I gently put the water in my cart. I remember I need sunscreen. I walk while looking at the beautiful glossy white signs that tell me what to find in certain areas. I eventually find the sunscreen and take it. I eventually go and pay at then self checkout. I pay and the receipt was long and full of coupons for my next CVS trip. I totally recommend going here!

My experience was terrible at the pharmacy, I called to see if they had a medication for his asthma since my daughter is sick! The woman who helped me was rude and her English is very bad! If you don't like the job, look for another one! Very bad service and how if they don't get paid to work there or maybe they do it for free

What a bunch of idiots to use the rush as a time to train new pharmacy technicians. One of the pharmacist took me to the other computer to try to put in new information and then just left me there when she started working with another customer. When I went to go ask if I’m still getting helped, she said the other pharmacist was supposed to be helping me. that pharmacist, then said, I don’t know where you even went, which I responded your coworker took me to that computer, and she just stared at me, gave me my prescription and said bye.

This place is just terrible if you want prescriptions filled. They are constantly understaffed behind the counter, and mostly incompetent at understanding how to get something filled. A line with 5 people in it will regularly take 15 minutes.

An amazingly wonderful CVS store and pharmacy stocked with fantastic items! I love the ExtraBucks Rewards I get just for shopping there! CVS is a generous company that takes great care of its customers. I would like to thank Pharmacy Technician Anita for her wonderful customer service on 8/18/23 when I came to pick up medicine. She's so kind and sweet I was helped by Pharmacy Technician Sujit on 8/23/23 at the pharmacy and Sujit is absolutely wonderful as well! He is kind, welcoming, responsive, and makes the pharmacy experience one to remember fondly. I look forward to coming back and seeing Anita, Sujit, and Kofi, who is a very kind, friendly, intelligent, and competent professional. The pharmacists are also very pleasant at CVS, very professional, polite, super kind and sweet, and great at what they do! They show outstanding leadership and knowledge, keeping the pharmacy running smoothly I am forever grateful for the care they've provided. Lifesaving healthcare heroes work here at this CVS pharmacy who have given me and countless other clients the medicines and vaccines they need to treat and prevent debilitating disease. CVS is more than just a store and a pharmacy, it can be classified as a modern healthcare clinic with an array of top-notch services. This is a popular CVS location with a lot of loyal customers coming to the pharmacy to get meds, and the pharmacy staff do a wonderful job working under pressure and they happen to be very kind as well. I've had such a great experience here and I know many others have too, I've seen other happy customers receiving excellent service in the pharmacy. Not to mention that the store itself has pretty much anything you need from laundry detergent to vitamins, nice cosmetics and nail polish, snacks, stationary, greeting cards, delicious chocolates, cute plush animals and toys, the coolest sunglasses, really pretty jewelry, luxury perfume, household goods, food...so many awesome products that I can't even begin to list here. There is so much convenience to shopping here and their customer service has been outstanding!

Beware of this pharmacy. I have been having issues with this pharmacy prior to this comment but I take into account how busy it is, but tonight was just too much. A prescription was sent in early in the morning to be filled, I went in around 5:45p.m.to pick it up and they could not find it at all. I was about to walk out when one of the pharmacist found it waiting to be processed. They told me to wait. I had to wait another 45 minutes, and when it was finally filled, let's just say it took another 5-10 minutes to get paid and out. This. Pharmacy needs some heavy overhaul. Beware, not worth using this location with the parking and congestion around this store. It would only benefit to close this location down.

BE AWARE THEY WILL DENY A RETURN WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.I purchased various bandages for post surgery care prior to my scheduled surgery. In order not to have to drive after surgery. Didn’t use all bandages and wanted to return the unopened/unused items. Also, all items were the CVS brand and original condition. My error, I did not have the original receipt. Told them store credit was fine, nope. This review is on CVS policy and their customer service call center. CVS has the worst customer service center that offer no assistance real assistance. You call to give a transaction number and for them to tell you it’s denied, but no reason for the denial or how to resolve the issue. In addition, the individual hung up while I was in mid-question.DO NOT SHOP AT CVS. It is obvious they are looking for ways to keep your money instead of working with your customer.Wish there was a option to give negative stars.

I got sent an email saying that my pills were at the pharmacy. Drove there only to be told that they can't refill it. Guy at the register was very rude and snappy with me. I'm now taking myself elsewhere and never going back. I don't think I've encountered a single nice employee there.

I think anyone would find it really hard to "calm down" when they've spent 7 months providing a pharmacy with more documentation of your identity than the government even needed for my passport only for someone to try to tell you that YOU are giving them the wrong name for the, i kid you not, 16th time since January.do not bother with these people. i wouldn't trust them to give me the correct medications if they're going to collect multiple forms of ID, court orders, and insurance documentation from you that they still can't do anything with (like. were y'all just pretending to take that info? just stepped aside to "scan" the appropriate documents because you didn't know what else to do or what?)

The Pharmacist here is fantastic. She is extremely helpful, and has always been willing to work with me to find solutions when it comes to all the recent, and persistent, medication shortages. She goes above and beyond and is one of the best pharmacists that I have been to over the years.
