“I’m so happy that they opened a branch near my house. I’ve been here many times always had a good experience. Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and efficient.My only complaints are that parking is limited and sometimes can get very crowded. There is no drive-through however, the plus is that they have a coin counting machine which is very rare.Today’s visit I worked with Dayvon he was very nice, extremely patient with me and assisted me through all my questions. “Everyone who works here is so friendly! This particular location is located on the first floor of 8115 Gatehouse Rd. I don't like that you have to park in a parking garage to go to the bank, but it's better than not having a bank nearby at all! It can be tricky finding the place. Get off on floor 1* and go toward a hallway that has a bunch of framed portraits (I think its photos of school district members or something. It'll be all the way down that hallway.”
