Went in for a phone repair. Was told part should arrive late next day. Never heard from them, I called two days later and was told they would call when part arrived. Waiting over 1 week, I never have had any other communication with them. Too bad, most reviews I read are positive. I had high hopes.

They did try to contact me but called the wrong number. I will take my phone in for repair.
UPDATE
I took my phone in for repairs, and it was repaired in under 45 minutes. I'm now a satisfied customer.

My charging port wasn't working right, and I thought I needed the part replaced. Took it in to CPR Falls Church for repair. The lady took a look at the phone, cleaned it out, and said the issue was the debris stuck in the port. The charging port works perfectly now, and she didn't charge a thing! Very grateful!

I recently took my phone to this store for repair, and I had an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also gave me the best advice on how to maintain my phone in the future.The environment was very welcoming and cool, making the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer care.

DO NOT GO HERE! STOLEN LAPTOPS! Our laptops were stolen in Baltimore, MD. Showed up on “Find My” at this store. We called immediately & the guy that answered the phone said the guy that brought the laptop in only used their free WiFi & left which is not correct. We could see the laptop there and it was charging.
So disheartening to have 3 laptops stolen, my husband’s computer bag which had a Medal of Honor coin from a fallen Army Ranger in his bag. His dad was the very first battalion Army Ranger in WWII and a dear friend gave it to him. Just disgusting people that steal & those that support them by buying stolen goods. I would not go to this place. They lied about the laptop being there.
