Not only dislocation the Cosmoprof not used to be they always some issue when you order. That’s one thing when you try to pick up the from the store there’s another thing either. They don’t have a product or the system is down. or something else they’re always some issue

Pros : I come from New Jersey and I love passing by CosmoProf of Falls Church.There’s an employee from Ecuador (Naomi) but she’s a sweet lady, she loves talking and guides you around the store to find the product. She gives the best customer service.I highly recommend anyone to come while she’s there.Cons :The other employees were talking about personal things while I was there and they didn’t pay attention to the customer.

Shop close 8 times of 10 when I come . They don’t follow their own schedule and can close the shop when they want . But if they open - they barely have products .

This place is horrible. I came during posted hours one weekend only to find them closed. Then the following weekend I called ahead to see if they were open-the worker said yes. I showed up 9 minutes later and they were closed for lunch. Which yes! Everyone should get and enjoy lunch, but don’t tell a patron you are open when you are going to close 5 minutes later!

These people are NOT RUDE at all. They are very kind. The problem is ever since Covid Cosmoprof barely stocks anything, every store has very limited supply, and most times I'm mixing and matching lines because they don't have basic things like developer or 1N which is crazy. But that has NOTHING to do with the people who run the store. They are very kind and helpful if you ask. I don't do a lot of reviews but man I feel like these people need a one up

Today I visited this location, to buy some items and also exchange few items, the only person work there was the store Manger James, with very angry face, as usual I said hello he didn’t answer, I told him I need to exchange few color and also buy some Moroccanoil products, I go this place for very long time, always they were very welcoming people with professional customer service, but today this guy wasn’t in a good mood, whatever I talk to him friendly, he answered me very rude , is end up I change my mind because his nasty attitude I didn’t buy any of product, the time I was exiting the door he did the las insult to me ( you can not park your car in that spot I can call to report your car I asked him why he said that is a handicap spot I said I have handicap sticker is hanging under mirror ,I was shaking and left the store!

They don't have any products for locs. Not a single one. I agree with another comment: It's a cosmetic store and not a hair store.

Fair warning thay do not sell jumbo branding hair. Or any type of hair. It is not a hair store it is a cosmetic or hair supply store if that.
