We have been using CSP for years and have been extremely pleased with the service they provide. We just had some small posters printed for an upcoming event and needed them back very fast and after speaking with Alwin he said it was no problem. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs printing services.

I have to say I've had a very positive experience with CSP - I reached out for help with a project on such a tight deadline, and Ricky was such a big help to me. He was prompt in responding to my questions, paid attention to the specifications I laid out, and provided me a quote quickly, so it took a lot of pressure off my task knowing I reached out to a highly capable service. My boss also thought that their product came out great, and so in no time, I've already been working with CSP again for more orders!!

We used Color Service Printing to create car magnets to use on our personal vehicles to advertise our business. We appreciate that we were sent design proofs and able to provide feedback for revisions and final approval. Very pleased with the end product, production quality is outstanding as well as the materials used. Very easy ordering and pickup process, we will be using Color Service Printing again!

I recently used this printing company for the second time to produce and send out a flyer to my business clients. In both transactions, they listened to what I wanted and, using their design team, came up with a flyer that exceeded my expectations. Once the design was agreed upon, they helped me through the process of getting the flyer out to my customers in a timely manner. During the production stages and up to the mailing, their employees remained friendly, helpful and stayed in constant communication with me. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

My organization has continued to rely on Alwin's team at CSP for over six years now, and they have delivered probably close to 100 projects for us. I've also referred their services to my friends, and they were extremely happy with the results. (One of the projects that came to mind was an elegant "Save the Date" invitation card and its companion RSVP card for a benefit gala.) Despite all the challenges and hardship brought on by the pandemic, CSP continues to deliver on excellent work at an excellent price. They have yet to be stumped by my requests! There is a print job being executed as I am writing this update, and I am confident it will be a quality promotional piece for our (now online) annual conference.

"Misunderstanding" after asking 3 people over the phone, bring told yes and to drive out to bring in the design... To be told it's not possible.

The communication & help started out very nice. My office Manager & I let Tom & Alwin know that we were interested in purchasing several items for our small business "Fairfax Estate Sales TFV" (table throw, flag & postcards). We sent emails, called & brought in our current business cards, examples of the product we wanted and several items we said were originals. Alwin put the items in a clear plastic cover to hold for us while we were making final decisions. We came back to make the purchase 11 days later & Alwin kept asking for all the information we had already given (phone number, website, name of company, our names...). My office manager, Lori, had even sent an email that day letting them know we were moving forward with the purchases & we were coming to pay. They had been emailing & calling firming up decisions as well. Finally I asked where the packet of our items was & was told "we can't hold it forever." I asked what that meant since it had only been over a week. I then asked where the clear folder was with all of our products we told them we were coming back for. Without getting up Alwin said again: "we can't hold it forever." We were not called or notified that they were going to destroy our originals & were shocked at their level of customer service. It was highly unprofessional & as a small business ourselves, we were trying to shop local. We had to make our purchases online & will do so from now on. We still are not sure what to make of this, it was very bizarre.

I have been working with CSP for several years. They print my flyers and envelopes. It has been a consistently satisfying relationship. The pricing is good, and the service, especially the customer service, is excellent.

The people at Color Service Printing are so nice they offered to make copies of a a complicated brochure at no charge even though that's not the service they offer. Charles was very helpful and professional. My brochure copies look great and I appreciate the top-notch service. You all deserved the box of cookies!
