We went yesterday 07/01/2024 around 10:20am. No crowded at all.
Once we arrived, we were greeted and assisted. They helped us with a smile.

I've been with Citibank since 1991 and have observed services decline RAPIDLY over the last few years.
Online benefits, database sorting, reports on payers, etc. have been removed, making tracking expenses more difficult. Phone app has problems... "Snapshot" not working for weeks, app is connected to my old "phone model" preventing verification for online services!!! Note that my phone number didn't change. Twice over 2 weeks I've called to have the phone model updated, but no one I spoke with understands how to do it and have to forward a ticket to backoffice tech support (meaning I can't speak to that office). I was told that I'd get a call from them in 24-48 hours... but after both calls, taking 1.5 hours of my time, no call received from "backoffice tech support" for a resolution!!!
Furthermore, my business credit card is somehow connected to my personal banking account, even with different login names and passwords, so that to view my business credit card transactions, I have log off of my personal banking account, even though I'm in a different internet tab!!! Big problems with their software & database features!!!
Now, after more than 30 years with Citi, they want to charge $15/checking account, while reducing features and services, while increasing functional problems with their app & online banking and telephone customer support!! I am very disappointed with Citibank!!!
I'm actively looking at Truist, CapitolOne and Chase Bank to move all my accounts to.
Sad!!!

I join the other complaints on this forum, to bring to your attention the woeful incompetence and unacceptable behavior of bank manager, Christopher Kim. I needed assistance with setting up a token, something I have done in the past at other Citibank locations, including the Merrifield location, and Mr. Kim refused to assist me. Furthermore, his tone was extremely rude and dismissive, and he was useless in general.
Wisdom dictates that he should be fired or relocated to a back office since customer service is not on his radar. I am shocked that he is still working at Citibank despite the many complaints against him. I am certain many people have had the displeasure of his unhelpful, arrogant and rude behavior. It is really disappointing and unfortunate to encounter such behavior at Citibank, as I have had a great experience at other branches.

Yena Chung was very accommodating and knowledgable. It’s what you call service with a smile. She guided us through the entire process and made sure we understood every detail. She also went above and beyond by calling us for follow-up and made sure the wire transfer we initiated went through. I would highly recommend her for any client or Citi customer who is visiting this branch. Thank you Yena. You are wonderful. Please do not change.

Decent place although now I've pulled most of my investments. Citibank has some good ones, it's just that I'm a bouncing banker. I'll take a good CD or other investment, then move the funds for more competitive offers. Most likely I'll end up here again. Banks and markets are about making money. Nothing wrong with that as it's a goal of mine too. We are free agents after all. The employees here are quite friendly. It is a busy branch because of its location. Parking can be frustrating at times. The key is to learn the traffic patterns. Usually I'd stop by here mid morning on weekdays. The bank itself is pleasant enough. If they offer you a good return on your investment, by all means go for it.

I was very patient and stayed calm throughout the process. The banker left me 3 times while opening my account to help another client, account opening took over an hour and half, only to find out at the end that the social security number and DOB were both entered incorrectly and now she needs more time to correct! I asked 3 times to confirm that a debit card and a check book were ordered because I had a feeling she didn’t and she was trying to rush me out. The banker told me yes they were. 15 days later I call customer service and they tell me no card nor a check book were ordered!! Unfortunate experience.

I visited the branch today to open a new checking account as the phone application was a nightmare even after 14 days of waiting. Both Kelly Moon and branch manager, Christopher Kim are very nice and so helpful in completing my account opening in no time. Thank you so much for your assistance and you both are awesome

Went to open an account, even though they seemed to be very busy on Friday , and had shortage of employees due to Holiday season ,still the Personal Banker Ms Jakelin Ibanez helped me very quick .i am grateful to her .

The manager here, Christopher Kim, did not even want to help, but very unfriendly, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, rude and arrogant, and even threatened to call police while in talk with his customer. While staffs in other banks or branches try to make their customers happy and comfortable, he made his customer very uncomfortable. He even implied that he did not care Citi will lose a customer (closing account). Just noticed that some other reviews for this branch also reported this guy negatively. He brought Citi bad fame. Citi might have lost many customers due to him. Curious why his higher-level staff still retains this guy. He should have been fired/removed from Citi.
