“I went to this location recently and had a to wait a little due to the line and it only being one person working. The person working did their best to help everyone, even keeping calm when a few customers were yelling, being rude, and being racist towards her. She kept her calm and tried to help people as quickly as possible. I understand staffing isn’t the best but taking it out on the people who actually show up for work is a different kind of low. We must do better people. Once my turn the rep helped me with my car and thanked me for my patience. Will be renting here again.”
