We called at 2pm on Saturday and they were there to replace our windshield within a few hours. “Took me without an appointment on a busy morning. Luigi looked at our right front fender liner, then 1) replaced a missing clip to secure liner to fender and 2) because the liner is broken, couldn't affix a missing bolt. "But you're good to go," he said. "You need a new fender liner but it's not an emergency." No charge. Refused a $20 "thank you." Best to call for an appointment. Open 7:30 AM - 5:30 M-F and 9 AM-noon Saturdays. Plus, btw, cordial welcome from staff and a clean, cool, capacious waiting area.”

(3) Tyrone, the owner, who I spoke with on the phone, gave me reassurance that he had the experience to get the job done and a warranty on the work if any issue came up in the future. They made sure it was done right and even offered to eat the cost if my insurance company balked. They offer a great warranty on their work and we were more than pleased with the customer service. “Was driving down the highway, and a huge rock popped up from behind a tractor trailer. The rock hit my windshield and shattered it on the spot. Contacted my State Farm claims office, and they recommend Safelite AutoGlass repair service. Contacted Safelite AutoGlass, and got an appointment within days of the incident happening. I was able to elect a remote service appointment or an in office installation. I choose the in office installation. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was greeted by “Alan” who had me already scheduled for the day/time requested. I was told it would be 90-120 minutes for the installation, but that they would work quickly to get me back on the road. As promised, I was in/out in under two hours. The technicians I encountered were all friendly, professional and courteous. Their office location was clean, free coffee for customers and a bathroom that was absolutely “spotless.” I would highly recommend this Safelite AutoGlass repair shop if you find yourself in a need. The tech who welcomed me to the site was very kind (in my 10+ years living in the area - one of the most earnest service employees I’ve encountered). My appointment commenced as scheduled and they greeted me by name. He also promptly called me when the job was almost finished so I’d have enough time to return as it was done. I was hesitant by the other reviews but my experience was a five star in costumer service, service, and efficiency. The windshield looks great. I’ll have to clean my car now but that’s to be expected after such a job as replacing the windshield… I’m grateful my insurance company recommended that I bring my vehicle here.
