Person who answered phone was very unhelpful and no matter how I phrased my need she did not listen and understand. Manager reached out after and was understanding and kind.

I had our car’s rear bumper replaced here. Jeff was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. The job was completed satisfactorily. The front desk lady was courteous and helped me contact the rental car company and also with returning the rental car. All in all, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Caliber is amazing! I have used them several times throughout my life, and every time, I have been nothing but impressed. Through all stages of my vehicle being serviced, my service advisor (David Hernandez) kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, helped me coordinate my rental with Enterprise, answered all my questions thoroughly, and had a great energetic and happy attitude throughout. My vehicle repairs were completed earlier than estimated and when I recieved it back, I was highly impressed by the quality of the work and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle. It is clear to me that with Caliber, customer service and satisfaction are paramount concerns, and because of that, I will continue to recommend them to anyone that wants their vehicle taken care of like it's their own.

I have to go twice now to caliber due to accidents I have had in the past 3 years. I’ve been to both Gainesville and Falls Church, and couldn’t recommend them more. I will never go to another body shop. They make the process so smooth and seamless. Everything is made to be done around clients schedule, which is awesome! I hope I don’t have to go back soon, but Caliber Collision is the best!

Absolutely love caliber collision in Falls Church. I have gotten my car serviced here before however this time was for my son. This time there was a new manager Stephen who was so sweet and understanding! He greeted me with the upmost of respect and understood what I needed done with my car. Not to mention I had gotten my car back fast and looked better than before! Thanks to everyone at the Falls Church location!
