I went to the store on Saturday afternoon, there was woman I assume she was a manager or a security undercover, she was so annoying chasing me and looking at all my movements, probably she thought I was a thief cause I had several items on my hands, I won't ever go to that dirty store in my life, managers should be helping the costumers not chasing them

They lock all the Rest Rooms , they lock all the Trail Rooms . They don’t care for customers but they need our money . Very bad

Bad wait, there are no bathrooms available, that is very bad about that place, the changing tables are sometimes open, and sometimes they are not, very poorly coordinated.

Here's a review
I recently had the displeasure of interacting with Merrieme with the red hair at Burlington.
Her behavior was incredibly disappointing. Merrieme was rude, disrespectful, and completely inconsiderate. She ignored my concerns and treated me with disdain. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure others don't have to endure similar treatment. This isnt my first interaction shes cosntantly displaying disrespect towards both customers and her colleagues. As someone with 30 years in customer service, I can confidently say her lack of etiquette and professionalism is unparalleled. Her behavior left a lasting negative impression, and I would caution anyone seeking quality service to look elsewhere. she should not work in customer service, I personally would never hire her not even as a free volunteer let alone put her near a customer .

Not the cleanest around.
Retail stores are constantly struggling to properly staff their floors with employees - this one more than others. Telltale signs such as hangers not properly placed on merchandise or locked carts just abandoned at the exit (and creating an emergency exit hazzard) are some things worth mentioning. Aisles are disorganized and merchandise just thrown about.
You're better off driving down to the Bailey's Crossroads location

The area where the candy is is, it reeks of rats. I don't know how they can't clean that. There is so much rat cocoa for all of that, it's disgusting.

My family and I are a regular here at Burlington for years. They recently put a lock on their door that requires an employee to open the restroom for you. I went to the cashier register and they radio-ed another employee to open it and told me to go meet her in the back. Well I went to the back and the lady who has short hair, wears glasses, and a purple/lavender zip-up refused to open the door and said it was for associates only. LIES! There’s not an “associates only” sign on the door. She was clearly lazy to open it. Horrible customer service. Will never shop here again.

I love going in here, but sometimes the line is long because there are only 2-3 cashiers. However, I love how clean and organized the store is.
