I needed a BP to use my gas rewards from Harris Teeter so I looked for the closest one. Not only were they rude and shady, they put through a charge on my credit card for a higher amount than what the price of the gas was supposed to be and refused to credit back the difference. When I went in, to the attendant to get the authorization for the higher amount removed, he said, "You need to wait!" and refused to credit back the difference. "Hello police, consumer affairs and all gas users, go elsewhere!"

This station has the worst gasoline ever. SUPER LOW QUALITY GASOLINE.And very expensive than other gas stations, the price you see on google is never the same today google said R $3.00 but in the station, it was $5.00 for regular gas type.

Two different individuals posted on Next Door app that their credit cards were compromised at this service station. Thousands of dollars charged. Be ware.Suzanne MucchettiAEFCCA & WCA * 3 days ago Warning: Credit card fraud at the BP gas station near the Eden Center at 6701 Wilson (corner of Wilson and Roosevelt in Falls Church). Someone here reported their credit card was compromised there in late February or early March as I recall. I should have learned from their misfortune, but on March 4, I bought gas there. I purposely used a credit card that is not my usual card, so that my usual card would not be compromised if I had the same problem. Today I received my bill and found $3,000 in fraudulent charges, starting on March 4, right after I visited the gas station. Unfortunately, the credit card company didn't catch it, and I didn't think to check my account online. I had not used the card anywhere since then nor had I used it for some time before then. I am 100% sure my card was compromised by my visit to the BP. Beware!

The sign on the bathroom say “closed for risk of virus transmission.” I’m really unsure on how a single-stall bathroom has any risk for respiratory disease transmission and would be more indicated to believe that the store clerk is too lazy to maintain it. Cheap gas though.

Terrible management. My car broke down and owner threatened to tow even though I was present and my car was completely out of the way. He proceeded to lie to my face and tell me he was losing business because of me at 7 am on a Wednesday. Unbelievable, I live 200 ft from this place and will never be a patron there again.

Attendant refused to sell me a token for his self wash car wash stating "not open"..when I ask what time does it open, he retorts "10 O'clock"...then follows with "I dont know maybe 12 O'clock"... so I ask why is that, and he says "it's a mess and nobody has time for it"... is this really how you run your business??? Wow...not sure how that works. Also, just fyi, their fuel is about 35 cents/gallon more than just down Wilson blvd. Why would anyone give this place business, what a rip off and terribly managed. Also 100% not american operated..just saying. Support american businesses and go elsewhere. Will never come here again.
