Very bad service, I went to turn off my line and he told me that he didn't accept card payments and then I told him that I would give him a dollar in coins and he didn't want to because they didn't accept coins.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Stay away from this place. I had to come in a total of 5 times because each time there was an issue getting a new line. First, they NEVER have any phones in stock. Everytime I came they said they only had maybe 2 or 3 of the phones on display, 2nd the price tags are from MAY. IT'S SEPTEMBER. May was FOUR MONTHS AGO. I asked about a specific phone that was labeled as $399 & the lady stated that the price was actually $700+ for it, when I asked why the tag was different she rudely responded " Do you not see that it says May right there?." Yes, I can read perfectly that it says that, however why not remove those tags if they are "Expired" as she stated. Those tags mislead anyone in the store into thinking they are the current prices. I asked the lady to give me a few minutes to look through the phones & figure out more information about them, instead every phone I picked up she would say " Do you want it or not?." When I finally agreed on a phone that I liked I explained I was switching over from another company. She told me to give her my phone, I asked her why & she could not give me a logical response. After insisting on, I made it clear I would not let her touch my phone. She then said she needed to get a code to switch companies & needed to call customer service. I told her I had all the information that she needed as I had already spoken to my provider, she kept going on & on about how I didn't have the code even tho She did not even let me provide it to her at all. It got to the point that this girl wouldn't even let me talk. I decided to leave the store,went across the street to another cellphone company & get a new phone within 15 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO PLACE

Extremely rude people in this location. Not sure how they are still open. They NEVER have any phones available, they don't know any actual information about the phones, they don't have current pricing. The tags say one thing the phone are then priced at check out differently. It's just a messy store to deal with. Save yourself a headache & go down the street or even better, find a different company that has workers that want to help. Worst customer service ever. Closed my account with them today
