Alex is Awesome!! went in today to upgrade my Moto 4 3G to the Moto G, he has great customer service skills & is very Tech savvy, he did everything for me, I really needed to upgrade to the the latest 4/5 G & he made it easy, got a free phone & only had to pay for the activation & a case!
