I had a great experience with AALAN’s service The service was quick, and the billing was transparent. I have no doubt that I will come back again.

I recently had a great experience at Aalan's service. Khang is a skilled mechanic who is friendly and does high-quality work at an unbeatable rate.I have an older BMW, and I like to use BMW's service center or other German-specific shops to complete work that I can't do myself (I am limited due to living in an apartment). I always worry when trying a new shop and entrusting my car to a mechanic. I am so glad I took that risk here, as my experience was great.I needed to replace a few rear axle components, such as the rear rotors and brake pads, both rear ball joints, and both rear handbrake shoes. I bought all the parts needed from BMW and began getting some quotes. BMW of course wanted a fortune, quoting me $2,000 for the ball joint job alone and $500 for the rear handbrake shoe rebuild. I didn't even ask about the rotor and brake replacement. I also got a quote from AAA in Seven Corners, and they wanted just under $1,000 to complete everything, but they have a policy that they will not install customer supplied parts (even if they are from the dealership directly and still sealed in their original packaging).I often refuel at Aalan's Hillwood Mart, as they have the best price for premium around, and I decided to inquire. After refueling, I walked into the bay and asked for a quote for some work. Khang immediately came out to my car, listened attentively as I described what I wanted, and took a look under my car and at the new parts. He initially quoted me $450 for all three jobs together! Then, after looking at the ball joints, he said it might be $550, as they were bushings that had to be extracted in another manner than typical ball joints. Even at that price, he was half the cost of AAA and a mere fraction of the cost of BMW. He also complimented my car, which I appreciated, as I try very hard to keep it in excellent condition. After agreeing on a day, I dropped my car off early in the morning, and Khang was able to have the work done by that afternoon, in time for me to pick up my car after work. In the end, he ended up charging the initial $450! He also did exceptional work. I feel that my car was well-cared for, and he made sure to test drive the car after completing the work to ensure everything was installed properly. He even texted me pictures of the old parts he had removed, which I really appreciated.I cannot recommend him highly enough! I will definitely be returning here. Don't let the fact that it is a small shop with two service bays at a busy gas station deter you. Thank you so much, Khang, for your incredible work and for saving me so much money on these jobs!Services: Brakes

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Would give a -1 if possible. Brought my car for a $25 oil change and a few hours later I suddenly need a new engine $1800. This place tries to finesse you for every penny. There's a reason they charge so cheap, they'll make up the money elsewhere with you. Tried figuring out a solution with the auto shop manager Kang but no resolution was mentioned just the typical "I'll call my insurance" answer.

Avoid this gas station. The layout of the pumps and the road creates chaos when you're trying to get in front of the pump. The building is falling apart. There are exposed wires hanging from the building that can easily be touched by children. I'm talking 8ft long exposed wires dangling near the door. It is a joke.

I’ve gone to this shop twice now, and I was pleased with my service both times. Khang and Kevin were both very pleasant and genuinely nice people to work with. Excellent service goes a long way. I recommend this shop, and I will definitely return for more servicing.

Ownership changed recently. Mechanic gave incorrect diagnosed that costed us hundreds dollars in repair. After then he suggested we let him fix another component that could be a problem. The true fact is he did not admit his mistake but blameed it on a mechanic who previously repaired the car. We would not mind to give him second chance with another repair but the attitude made us feel uncomfortable about his competency. Honesty is the most important to earn trust from customer. We wish him well.

HUMAN BEINGS BEWARE .....I have been a couple of times before. I was a bit surprised to see that you pump before paying here at this gas station. That was before today. I went to pump the gas and it did not work like before. I thought the pump was broken. I moved to another pump. It was not working. I then walked inside the store and the attendant stated that you now have to pay first. I thought okay. A white gentlemen pulled up and I informed him of the policy change. Within 20 sec. He was pumping gas. So I went in and explained that the White man Chinese man and the Black man are all just men. I shop in fall church coming from Washington look for better only to the same.
