I went back and forth with the salesperson (Asad) several times with several questions and requests prior to showing up to the dealership. He answered all my questions and provided different suggestions without being pushy; all the while being very professional. During the in-person visit, he was well prepared with various purchasing options I had in mind and remained professional thru out the whole process. Manager was also very courteous. Finance was smooth and respectable. Tech person showing me the car after purchase was very knowledgeable.

Needed a state inspection for my 2011 Sorento. The waiting room is amazing with comfortable, quiet work areas, they have bottled water and free snacks as well. Waited about an hour and was done! A very easy and pleasant experience.

I brought my car in for new front brakes, but I was happy that they also did a multipoint inspection. It’s very reassuring, especially this time of year, to know that the car Is in great shape. Thank you to all the wonderful people in the service department at Beyer Kia.

*** REVIEW UPDATE 1/7/2024: It is with a heavy heart that I'm downgrading my family's experience with Kia Beyer to 1 star. Out of my remaining respect to Beyer Kia staff, I am not naming them. But I just want to share what we've been going through so that other families, particularly military wives like me who are thinking of buying cars, can be properly informed. My husband did all our car leasing/buying transactions in the past, but since he is stationed in Washington state, I had to do it. Being a minority (woman of color) with 0 car dealing experience, I dreaded the thought of doing it and tried my best to educate myself on the basics with guidance from my husband. I basically traded our 2 Toyota cars for 2 Kia cars and got the contracts signed on 11/25/2023. As you can see from my original review, the transaction went well. But long story short, Beyer Kia was extremely delayed in paying the Toyota cars; they only sent the check to the right address on 1/4/2024 (Yes, part of the delay was that Beyer Kia originally sent the check to the WRONG Toyota payoff address!). However, as of today (more than 1 month), our 2 Toyota accounts remain open, and we are not sure if they will still require additional payments from us for January. In December, not only did we dutifully paid for the 2 Kia cars, but we ALSO PAID FOR 3 months' worth of the Toyota to protect my husband's credit (2 months for 1 car; 1 month for the other = $794). Part of the reason we paid is that Kia Beyer promised they will refund us the payments (during 3-way call with Toyota agent on the line), but I was informed on 1/5/2024 that I should WAIT for the refund from Toyota instead. As you can imagine, I worry about the possibility that Toyota will refund a lesser amount (unknown fees/penalty, calculation formula, etc.) and that we will never recoup the difference from Kia Beyer. In addition, it has already been more than a month but the all-weather mats that were promised during the transaction have still not arrived but whenever I follow-up, "shipping delay" is the reason given. This horrible experience (we were not proactively informed by Beyer Kia of the delay; no action taken to send payment until I call several times; credit will be affected; hours spent on phone calls; etc.) has caused our family unnecessary stress during the holidays. I am in the process of sorting these issues out with Beyer Kia. I remain hopeful that after all what my family has been through, Beyer Kia will keep their word by: (1) making us whole (refund us the difference IF we cannot get the whole $794 back from Toyota), (2) giving us the all-weather mats just as promised, and (3) provide good customer service from now on until the leases are up (if we bring the cars for inspection, etc). I believe these requests are reasonable. I'm holding on to the belief that Beyer Kia will make things right this week as I continue to work with them rationally. I will update the review on how the next events will transpire, and sincerely don't wish this horrible experience to anyone especially military dependents.*** ORIGINAL REVIEW:I highly recommend Beyer Kia!! Our 2 leases with Toyota were about to expire and we had a bad experience trying to trade them in with our original car dealership (we were their customers for 10+ years but it did not matter). Beyer Kia offered a fair price for our trade-in right off the bat, without the need to haggle. The strength at Beyer Kia is their small size which enabled them to deliver a more personal customer service. Omar Pinto provided excellent customer service. I felt that I was seen and treated as a person and not just a business transaction. He was very patient in answering my questions and I never felt hurried. Also, Mr. Bobby (their manager) went above and beyond to secure the model/color that we want. They also provided perks like free full tanks of gas for both cars without me asking for it (we even had to haggle this with Toyota). Small things matter! I bought my Kia from another dealership in the DMV area but received poor service. I found Beyer Kia and have been extremely happy with the service so far. Privacy in the waiting area with free coffee and some light snacks. When I get an oil change usually don't have to ask about discounts because they are already applied. Free car wash and vacuum after service is complete. They checked for recalls and scheduled me a time to come in and complete it and got to give a big shout out to Oliver Mermer. Always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly even though he's probably clocking long hours. Thank you Oliver.

Worst customer service experience I've ever received at a car dealer service center. And that's saying a lot, since most of them are at least a little shady in their practices. I recently bought a 2023 Kia and was told that the maintenance package I purchased with the car was good for use at ANY Kia dealer. So, I showed up to my appointment at Beyer only to be told that they do not take my maintenance package. I called the maintenance package company and they said that they do indeed work with ANY Kia dealer who is willing to work with them. So, Beyer Kia service is choosing not to honor my contract. Shame.

I had one of the most pleasant experience purchasing my KIA from Beyer in Falls Church VA; great customer service and no pressure or haggling tactics; honest straightforward sales person Mr Less Morgan exhibited a professional courteous transparent demeanor that made me appreciate the entire transaction and experience… highly recommend this dealership. Same goes for the Finance Manager Mr Chang.

The worst experience I have ever had getting a car in my life. The accountability is not existent. When I ask about property taxes the sales manager says don’t worry we’ll take care of it. The lease rental fee is over $8000 for 3 years. I could have gotten a leased Audi for less than the price I am paying for in the same term. The biggest of scams! I signed the contract thinking the lease payment was high because I was paying 60% of the cars value for the lease but instead I'm paying 40% with the $8000+ of lease rental fees. I signed the document under false pretenses.When I call to complain the finance offices for Kia they give you the go around treatment. No one can give you clarification in any part of Kia finance. I talked to 3 different departments and the call was dropped multiple times when they asked me to hold after speaking to them for one hour to 20 minutes at a time. They tell me I have to figure it out with the dealer and the dealers are the only authorized people to handle my concern when I have a big disagreement.The main manager was basically like you signed the contract we aren’t going to do anything to help you. He didn’t care. He also gave me incorrect information about my lease payments. He said the money you pay each does not go to paying the car. When we called Kia finance they said we pay around $300 of the $510 of our monthly payment towards the car.The sales manager also ran my credit when we were trying to get a quote this week hurting my credit and didn’t give me a price. He told me days later when I called that he would have to run my credit again if I want the numbers to finance the car we are leasing.Almost any random other dealership you go to outside of Kia is better. Even Hyundai has better offers, prices, and service discounts/freebies.Edit- I was never contacted by the dealer in regards to my concern

I had an issue with my Kia's water pump that another dealership had replaced but was still leaking. Even though Beyer Kia was under no obligation to honor the warranty on the repair, they went above and beyond to replace the water pump for me free of charge. The service I received from Beyer Kia was excellent, especially from my service manager Oliver. He kept me frequently updated on the status of my SUV and made sure the issue was fully resolved. I'm very grateful that Beyer Kia did the right thing and took care of me as a customer, despite not being required to honor the previous repair warranty. Their commitment to customer service is obvious. Thank you Beyer Kia, especially Oliver, for the exceptional service. I highly recommend them for maintenance and repairs!

Was a loyal customer until I had money stolen from my vehicle that led to everyone not calling me back or even apologizing the fcar washer that they caught on camera, I thought I was missing a David Yuram bracelet $499.00 When reporting to the service department Bryan Marchante, all communication stoped. I never lied about the amount of money total was $60.00 that was given to me 2 weeks later after I MADE SEVERAL CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES! I was chasing them down rather than Bryan, Bobby Wallace brand manager and service manager Chris Prevatt I left messages to Bobby Wallace Brand Manager, and Chris Prevatt the service Manager I called them and reported that I found the bracelet. Then did Bobby finally respond. Though the person that stole my money was not employed by Bryer the fact is they NEVER FOLLOWED UP, RETURNED CALLS NOR EVEN APOLOGIZED. GOOD NEWS TO ME I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2024 KIA SELTOS FROM HERSONS on 9/20/2023.That was going to Beyers had they not ignored me. I did find the sales department to cold and unfriendly especially Kamiran Miriam. Omar Pinto who wanted me to explore buying a new car, but when I called to follow up he said, let me call you back and you never did. That was the following day. But I continue to bring my car in for service until the the upper management and Bryan blew me off, it wasn’t the money. It was a lack of response of lack of acknowledging a customer and not being respectful and a simple apologize. More so than anything the service manager never getting back to me.. even Bobby you would think he would’ve responded. The fact of the matter was no respond because they thought they had to pay $500 for David Yurman bracelet and that’s when they ran with her tails between there legs I was honest, I didn’t lie about the money for the bracelet.I’ve waited to do this review until I bough my new car that you blew the sale on. And the continued service money that was easy to get. I’m not sure who owns this dealership but if you read this DONT BE FOOLED BY ANY EXPLANATION YOUR STAFF GIVES THESE ARE FACTS AND I HAVE ZERO REASONS TO LIE.Look up my records Lewis. Bryan from service is awesome. Same day service, gave phenomenal customer service, clearly knew what he was doing. Lowest price to get something fixed in the area. Also Bryan is great.
