Abel made my last visit as always the most wonderful experience at my last visit at Benjamin Moore. From helping me out with choosing the correct tools, helpining to choose the right shade of colors, quality of paint and prices! Hands down this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

As a small business owner, it is unfortunate how difficult it is to get ahold of someone at this store. We called about opening a contractor's account, spoke to someone who was helpful, but when I tried emailing them about setting up our account, no one ever responded. When I've tried to call since then, I haven't been able to get through to anyone.

All paint is the same - go to a different store. I specifically called ahead because I was in a rush and needed the paint when I got there, and they did not even begin looking at it until I got in the store and had to go over everything again. I was clearly in a hurry (as to why I called early with plenty of time) and there was zero urgency to get the paint ready even with zero people in the store. do not recommend - get your paint elsewhere.

They don't answer the phone. EDIT: Spoke with owner after the store did answer the phone today. He addressed my concerns and suggested I contact the Benjamin Moore corporate office about issues we experienced. Thank you Alex. I wish your guys answered the phone — we might have been able to address the issue a long time ago.

They don't answer the phone. Last year, they sold me caulking and primer to go with the Benjamin Moore Aura paint I purchased. It took OVER 1 YEAR for the paint to dry in some places, and it's still sticky in others. The primer they sold me was not made by Benjamin Moore; it was made by a third party. I have gnats and other insects stuck to the paint everywhere -- it's disgusting that they're allowed to sell third party products to be used with Benjamin Moore products, especially when they're not compatible. I've been trying to call to get a hold of the store owner -- I'm still too angry to go back into the store. I'll probably just contact Benjamin Moore corporate directly. They need to know about this. 14 years ago, I had the same problem with a Benjamin Moore store on King Street in Alexandria who pushed a non Benjamin Moore ceiling paint that was absolutely garbage. If these guys are going to represent Benjamin Moore, then they need to be held accountable and to a standard. Bottom line: they're not meeting a standard

1. When I called they answered in Spanish. Don't politicize this, just make note. 2. When I arrived with my color names, the guy said he didn't know how to mix them without a code. I asked, "Doesn't Benjamin Moore have a database of color names and codes?" to which he replied, "Uh, sometimes." I offered to look it up for him on the internet, and he said yes. I found it in 0.005 seconds and showed him the code. Was he high or sleeping? 3. The guy had no friggin idea about product tiers, sheen, or anything else, and he didn't try to find the answers. For example, I asked, "Why is Aura so much more expensive than Regal?" and he answered, "Uh, it's kind of better." I bought a house and need to do some touch ups, so I'm stuck driving out here to deal with Neanderthals I guess, but Jesus I swear I wouldn't come otherwise. Corporate: Intervene!!
