Don't not go to this establishment! My cousin brought me here early Saturday morning. My car was towed. The tow company is allowed to tow because they are open and serving alcohol ILLEGALLY!!! And it's probably because I have MD tags because there were certainly other cars there, even my friends.When I showed up the next day to try to get this resolved, the manager by the name of "LuLu" even admitted it that they are open illegally! I tried speaking with her and the owner and they both said it. So, I'm going to resolve this legally thru ABC of VA, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affair, etc! I have receipts from the alcohol sales and everything. They are not supposed to be open or serve alcohol after 2am!

I usually wouldn't give a spot I've been to multiple times one star, but I have no choice but to do so today. The experience I had today was absolutely disgusting. I came here to chill and have a hookah with no drinks. There was a random guy (who might be homeless) sitting next to me who ordered three drinks, and then offered me one of the drinks. I accepted the drink, laughingly, because he clearly offered it to me being drunk. However, at the end of the night, I was the charged for ALL THREE of the drinks that the guy bought. When I told the bartender that I did not buy ANY of the drinks, she told me that I did when I absolutely did not. The only thing I talked to her about was my hookah and to refill the coals on it. Paying for the drinks isn't a problem, but for me to be unnecessarily charged for something I did not purchase is not ok and disgusting for a business to do. I can't get with that kind of shady business from this establishment. To the bartender, do better and represent the damn business with integrity. Because what I experienced this evening was absolutely not that. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place anyone looking for a worthwhile hookah spot to visit.

Drinks are expensive however the drink size is pretty big and the drinks are very good! Music is always great. Hookah is nice and the staff has been awesome each time I have came here. I've been about 4 times in the last 6 months and the customer service had remained consistent! You get service fast , they are polite, the DJ is bomb and the place is a vibe ! Its become my crews Saturday go to :)

Walked in and walked right out...The place was overflowing with people. Personnel and establishment weren't observing any type of health safety protocol or guideline for a Pandemic.
