Donna was fantastic. She shared her design expertise and was very patient working through my options and what was best for me. I put in an initial order and needed to originally cancel over concerns of delivery with my condo building's older stairwell that was risking being too tight. I returned with an updated order that would work well for delivery and am excited about getting my new sofa!!! Donna was a delight.

We recently purchased dining furniture from Bassett Furniture in Falls Church, VA. We were ably assisted by Ms Donna Chan. Ms Chan very professionally and courteously listened to our needs and worked with us to find just the right product that we were looking for. The store was well-organized, and the staff was very friendly and personable. Susan Blaik made it easy for me to navigate around the store. I was shopping for my parents, who will be moving into a senior living community when it is built. She was very helpful with her suggestions and pre-planning the logistics. I will be back with my parents when they come into town.

Donna was so helpful-we first started with picking a dining set and Donna let me try every single chair that would go with the table I wanted until I picked the one I wanted. Then we moved on to fabric for an ottoman and a rug. Donna was very patient with me as there were so many options and she was very honest about what would work and not work. She really made a shopping experience that is usually overwhelming, very friendly and easy! I plan on reaching out to her when I want to buy my next piece of furniture from your store!

Great customer service. Donna Chan, an interior designer at Bassett, was a font of knowledge of styles, colors, materials and accents; and helped us all along the way. The store manager, Gisel Smith, was very helpful in ensuring we got the right couch at a good price. We will definitely do more shopping at Bassett because of them, and have already recommended Bassett to friends, who have had similar good experiences in purchasing stylish, well-made furniture from Bassett.

I had a great experience at Bassett working with Emlyn W. She was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable and not at all pressured to make a purchase. She appreciated the homework I had done ahead of time (which was very kind of her to note) and used that to recommend the best fit for me—size- and cost-wise. She thoroughly explained the sales and delivery processes and even flagged an upcoming seasonal discount that she would be able to apply to my purchase. I left a happy, satisfied customer and cannot wait for my furniture to be delivered ahead of schedule!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Susan on picking furniture for our new home. She even made a trip to our place to measure everything out to make sure everything would work perfectly. She didn’t pressure us into buying anything and was so patient with us while we picked fabrics. Definitely will be back for more furniture!

We had to replace our living room couch because a former dog destroyed our old one. We looked at the Bassett website before going to the store, and had some idea of what we wanted. The designer, Em Ward, listened to us, showed us a couple of models, then led us directly to what we wanted. She also showed us fabric examples that exactly matched what we needed. Delivery occurred sooner than estimated, the delivery team showed up when expected, and the new couch was in place within 10 minutes. We're very happy with our purchase and the pleasant, successful shopping experience.

I went to Bassett Furniture to look at rugs for my living room. I was surprised by the expansive selection of rugs and the attention and helpfulness of the staff. My style is contemporary and there were a number of appealing candidates. Donna was particularly helpful in helping me sort through issues related to space, furniture layout and colors. It was a successful & pleasant shopping experience!

Terri at Bassett in Tyson's Corner is a gem. I don't know if she realizes that her follow-up was a God send, but her superior customer service and follow up (with visuals) was key to me making a pivotal decision and making my house a home with a Bassett sofa. We are a return customer at Bassett, previously having bought a king bed back in 2014 which is still in very good condition. I was looking for some accent chairs this time. Donna was extremely helpful and patient as we looked at various options. She had some very useful suggestions on how to arrange my current furniture and recommended a few options that helped tie everything together. Her customer service and design sensibility was excellent and made for a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend.
