I don’t know how they train their people. They are the best staff I ever met. First time I went there I have been helped by Hamid. He made me so comfortable about asking anything that I am curious. And he always try his best to help me every time. So right now, when I’m thinking about any financial ,I also thinking about coming back to get his advice. And I don’t want to open any account with other bank beside BofA because of his services!!!

The staff, Maria and Mui, are friendly and responsive. I went there to withdraw $500 in $2.00 bills, and it was no problem. Maria also provided me with coin wrappers for deposit. This is one my favorite Bank of America branch.

During my recent visit with my parents, we encountered a situation that left us quite disappointed.When we approached the bank teller for assistance, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of understanding for our situation. My parents don't speak English fluently, and I was trying to help them communicate by translating. However, instead of offering assistance or showing patience, Chevy raised her voice and refused to engage with us.This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service role, and it's disheartening to see such rudeness and, seemingly, racism. It's essential for businesses to ensure that their employees treat all customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or language proficiency.I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly to ensure a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all its customers in the future.

I go to this location every week.Pros:- They have a diverse staff if you are not an English speaker. They got people who can speak Spanish, Arabic,Vietnamese ...- They open an hour earlier than most BOAsCons:- Most of the employees require guidance from other employees- They don't have a designated person to run the drive-thru- The bank is designed to accommodate the businesses at the eden center.Pro tip: * If you are going to the counter, ask for Angle, he is super professionaland and fast *

Unfortunately, every time I go to this branch it's chaotic at best. Such horrible experiences there. I take my banking seriously and these people who work there don't. I had to move on to a different banking institution. So happy I made the change. You lost another customer.

I really can't tell you why it's so busy here. My mom likes to come here because they have a Vietnamese speaking staff member who's great. But yeah, Maria is flat out rude. My momWanted to get a high interest CD with the Vietnamese speaking staff member and she flat out said No. then she kind of asked a Spanish speaking man so we could sit together. That's kind of rude honestly. He was there first. I felt bad. Then, we wait. I've been here with my mom before and there's always a wait. I go to other bank branches that are super professional and they have either no wait or a decent wait. And lollipops. There are none here. There is no joy. Don't go here.
