This place is horrible! They have no urgency to taking care of the customers!! I have been sitting here for 10 mins before I was told what was going on then once again, no urgency. Customer service sucks!!

9/20/22This bank or financial institution has gone through changes. The flooring and older furniture have been removed. The teller area has been shortened and a new area for a office has been added. The flooring has been changed to a soft wood like flooring. I remember coming here; as well, as other Bank Of America places for loans and never getting one until there was a time I did not need a loan.Today I was hoping to get ssd ome credit card protecters l, but alas, another let down from this financial institution. Guess these things aren't a necessity anymore at banks.

Worst bank . No customer service . Made me wait over 1 hour and then said nothing can be done . How can this branch still exist without doing better in service

I don't usually comment on Google, but I feel obligated to recognize good service. My experience with the banker, Ricardo Alves, was fantastic. He was helping me close my account when he ran up against an action that he could not authorize, so he called a specialist on the phone and we patiently waited together for 30 minutes listening to a recording of "Your call is important to us..." After a half an hour of waiting, I had to leave, so Mr. Alves wrote an email to the specialist explaining my situation and asking that I be contacted. When no one contacted me after 2 days, I went back and Mr. Alves was there. We called again, but after 20 minutes of no one picking up, I stepped out to let Mr. Alves take his 2 pm appointment (which I had crashed). At 2:30, we tried again and sat another FORTY minutes until someone answered and my problem was addressed. I was truly humbled by how patiently Mr. Alves worked with me, even though I was trying to CLOSE my modest account of about $2,500! BofA needs to work on having more specialists so that people don't wait so long on hold, but it can be proud to have bankers like Mr. Alves who show compassion and dedication in their work. Thank you, sir!

I've had no problems with Bank of America as a whole, but the teller I dealt with at this branch could not have been more disinterested in helping me with what I needed.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came to get papers notarized, was told I need to make an appointment. Its a 1 minute thing. Was told that their one notary was busy all day. I worked at a bank, most everyone was a notary. Out of 6 or 7 people standing around, they claimed only 1 person was a notary. This coming from the bank manager - why wasn't the bank manager a notary? I had attempted to call the branch 2x earlier that day to ask if they were open and inquire about notary services, but nobody picked up and I was stuck on the automated service.... yet, when I walked in, there was 1 customer and about 6 people working... they couldn't answer the phone? I contacted customer service and they notified me that it was due to COVID.... schools are open, stores are open, no masks required anymore, notary wasn't wearing a mask - he stood behind the tellers and shook his head no, that he couldn't help us because we didn't have an aappointment. Told us to go up to UPS. Went to UPS, was helped within seconds of walking in, was done within 2 minutes. Out of curiosity, I asked how many of the UPS staff were notaries - there were 3 or 4 out of 5 working at the time... BANK OF AMERICA NEEDS TO STEP THEIR GAME UP!! Absolutely absurd. Customer service is gone. What absolute garbage.
