Underrrated Vietnamese food. The OC of the east coast. Vietnamese Californian approved. I get the bánh ướt. I recommend sharing, the plates are huge. Hard to find this hidden gem in Eden Center.

Rude. Wasn’t even acknowledge. Woman and man serving noticed me but ignored me. Discriminatory staff.

Decided to go here to try conches, and the dish that contained it, Bún Ốc, was excellent. Also had the Bánh Cuốn Thăng Long, Bánh Uớt Đặc Biệt, and Bún Mắm, which were not bad either. The prices are pretty similar to other places in the Eden Center, so no complaints. The waitress was friendly. All in all, another respectable Vietnamese restaurant that serves decent food.

We visite around 6pm on weekday. As food and service quality, DO NOT recommend this restaurant.. Cold and dry food. It tasted like food was sitting there all day and they just microwaved. And sorry to say, all items we have tasted have been incredibly bland. Even the fish sauce.Service: The unattended server lacked customer service etiquette, engaging in disruptive behavior like using slang on the phone and making loud, heavy noises. I wasn't expecting world-class service, but the experience was unpleasant.Even the business nearby which is selling tofu mainly does a better job than this place

If you’re looking for authentic and affordable Vietnamese food, this restaurant is it.Located in Eden Center, I had a nostalgic time eating here. The food was perfect for eating during a cold winter day, and my tummy felt full and warm after enjoying the delights that they had to offer. We had the mi quang, buon thit nuong, banh cuon dac biet, and buon bo hue chay. What I appreciated the most was the freshness of the vegetables. Iconic Vietnamese cuisine highlights the freshest ingredients, and every dish felt home cooked and simmered for hours. I ate the mi quang and cuon dac biet, and I loved how smooth and warm the soup was. The meat was tender, the noodles were cooked just right, and I didn’t have to add extra seasoning to boost the flavor. It also wasn’t watery/diluted, which I find very common in Vietnamese restaurants throughout the US. It reminded me of being back home with my mom cooking the same dishes.I also love how there’s a vegan option for my friend to try. I had a small taste of their buon bo hue, and the flavor was not lacking whatsoever. The jackfruit and seitan were the meat substitutions, and it was deliciously tender.I also had nuoc mia juice, which was just the right amount of sweet and tang I needed. My only con was that it was $7 for such a small amount. This place would definitely have been five stars had it not taken so long for the food to be served. I understand that it takes time for these dishes to be made, but we did wait up to 25 minutes to get all of our dishes.Would I recommend going here? Absolutely. I would travel all the way to Eden Center from NYC just to feast on these eats. I’d also recommend dining in their other stalls and restaurants to try out the various regional Vietnamese foods.

4th star is for the price which is a little lower than other places in Eden. Anyway, the bo bun hue here is very tomato based with a lot of pork knuckles* and the pho is more cinnamony. Every table had bahn cuon and it’s in their name so this is their obvious signature dish. It’s located inside one of the side malls and all locals for diners.REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE: Dear Owner, appreciate the response because that totally explains why we were so confused with the Bun Bo Hue and just thought maybe you prepared it differently from everyone else. *Apparently a Bun Oc dish we didn’t order was served to us making those snail knuckles.^^ We ordered Bun Bo Hue, Bahn Cuon (that’s why it’s in the photo) and Pho (which we didn’t photo, it came out last).

Unassuming place inside of Eden center. Looked to have plenty of people eating inside at 11 on a weekday so we went inside. Food and service was good! They take card.
