This is the 2nd time I have used this shops services! Everyone is friendly and super helpful. They work with my insurance and the rental car company so it is super convenient and easy. They are very communicative and quick. The work is top notch. I would highly recommend this auto body shop for any repairs you may need.

We are so delighted with our experience recently at Bailey's Crossroad Auto Body and this is not our first time having our cars repaired there. We have been living locally since 1975 and have been Geico insured for many years so over the years even as careful as we are driving, accidents happen such as a fender bender or even sometimes a more severe one. Every time an accident happens we always chose this Geico collision center first to have our car assessed. Then we always chose Bailey Crossroad Auto Body to repair our cars. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body also makes arrangement to have a rental car for us. Just to make it clear, all 3 can be done in one place here. How convenient is that. After the pandemic many businesses closed or if it the businesses are still operating then usually customers are not getting as good service as before because lack of workers or workers are burned out. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body is an exception because it is owned by the same family that takes pride and care for their customers. Our cars always look like new when we get them back. This auto body shop only gets better because their many years of experience that's how they keep loyal customers. Thank you to the owner Nick and his team Athena, Nancy, Jimmy and the rest of the dedicated staff.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The part I needed was on a national shortage, but they called all around until they found one. They told me I could bring it in whenever I wanted, finished the job in the shortest possible amount of time, and let me know ahead of time when it would be ready. And they were extremely nice throughout. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.
