“Very helpful gentleman At the desk who called me back when he missed my initial call. He was able to write me out an estimate in about 30 minutes. To have it verbal was free but to have it in writing did cost $50. This is the 3rd place I've gone to and I think based on my conversation I will have the work done by him Because he gave the best detail and the best price and the shortest turnaround time.”

“If you need a part for your car, you'll probably find it here. They have a huge selection of parts in the back behind the counter and they have a smaller area in the front where they sell common items such as oil, brake fluid, washer fluids, etc. Friendly service and decent prices. This is the closest auto parts store to my house so I'll go here if I need something but they don't sell as many random accessories as the larger chains. Worth checking out if you're in the area and need something for your car.”

It can be a little hard finding parking when you get there, especially during busy times of the day.
They did an excellent job of making repairs for multiple collisions that my extended family has been in.
They also will honor their warranty.”

“So I recently just moved here from Texas and I drove my car to Virginia. Made the whole trip easily. But then my battery died after not using it for two weeks. What I didn’t know is that I guess with the cold weather it just drains the battery?? But nonetheless, my dad had a warranty on the battery for my car and he gave me the receipt to get a brand new one. I had an interview the next day and I needed my car. So my husband called to see what time the store closes and explained our situation and the gentleman who responded was so kind! Then when we actually got to the store we were helped by two awesome guys who were in the front of the store, I didn’t catch their names but yall are awesome thank you for being nice to us because the situation we were in was not a fun haha. But I got my car fixed, I learned my lesson!”
