I had an incident where someone backed into my parked car (my BRAND NEW CAR OF COURSE) & left a note for me to come back to. Thankfully he left his Geico insurance. The Geico agent called me and gave me a list of shops they work with. I chose Bailey's Crossroads Autobody for the convenience in proximity to our home. My husband & I dropped my car off on 3/10/2022 & was greeted by 2 very pleasant people. They were efficient & thorough. They had a rental car set up for me, and had it waiting for me when we got there. They said someone would call me tomorrow with an update. The very next day they called me to let me know that the damage was a little more extensive & it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. They went above & beyond to extend my rental car for the 2 weeks so I didn't have to call Enterprise. Low & behold, they called me on 03/17/2022 & the pleasant man from up front said "You want your car!?" Super friendly & kind. I was so pleased to get my car a week early! My husband picked up the car & dropped my rental car off in a seamless exchange. My car looks AMAZING. They did a brilliant job & their customer service is top notch. I would definitely do business with them again although I sincerely hope I don't have to. I recommend them to everybody. Excellent customer service & super efficient. I loved that they kept me updated the entire time & made what would have been a nerve wracking experience so simple.

ZERO stars--do not take your car here. They still have my car after FIVE months (Sept 2021-Jan 2022). They keep telling me they are working on it. I have called them several times a week and keep getting the runaround. I have now spoken with the police who have advised me to file in civil court. I had had a good experience with this shop on a very simple repair years ago, but this experience has been horrible. I am posting this review so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Do not trust them--take your car elsewhere.
