“I had an incident where someone backed into my parked car (my BRAND NEW CAR OF COURSE) & left a note for me to come back to. Thankfully he left his Geico insurance. The Geico agent called me and gave me a list of shops they work with. I chose Bailey's Crossroads Autobody for the convenience in proximity to our home. My husband & I dropped my car off on 3/10/2022 & was greeted by 2 very pleasant people. They were efficient & thorough. They had a rental car set up for me, and had it waiting for me when we got there. They said someone would call me tomorrow with an update. The very next day they called me to let me know that the damage was a little more extensive & it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. They went above & beyond to extend my rental car for the 2 weeks so I didn't have to call Enterprise. Low & behold, they called me on 03/17/2022 & the pleasant man from up front said "You want your car!?" Super friendly & kind. I was so pleased to get my car a week early! My husband picked up the car & dropped my rental car off in a seamless exchange. My car looks AMAZING. They did a brilliant job & their customer service is top notch. I would definitely do business with them again although I sincerely hope I don't have to. I recommend them to everybody. Excellent customer service & super efficient. I loved that they kept me updated the entire time & made what would have been a nerve wracking experience so simple.”

“SeCar is how every car wash should be. I have been coming here for the last 2-3 years and have yet to have a bad experience. When I have my car in other states (I travel a decent amount) I’m always looking for a place that is like SeCar — they are outstanding! I have a small SUV (GMC Terrain) and I always get the Simoniz Ceramic package.

SeCar’s machines do a great job on the wash, but the real secret sauce, to me, is the hand drying and hand cleaning of the interior. It means my car is spotless both inside and out. No streaks on windows, and no crumbs left behind inside.

I am not a car snob and I have no interest in spending an hour of my own time trying to dry every nook and cranny. Not when SeCar does it as part of their normal packages! Their folks are so good.

It is not the cheapest in the area but it’s the only one where you can pull right in, get a quick spotless clean, and go on with your day.”

“Really good job. Made my car look as shiny as it could. They even removed the antenna so it wouldn’t be damaged. However, they didn’t move in the side view mirrors so they were pushed around by the machine (no damage). In addition, it is overpriced for the job. ($14 for their basic package which is normally $6-$8 elsewhere)”
