Darya was exceptional in getting me set up with First Net. She took the time to answer my questions without judgement, since I'm sure some were pretty basic. I've referred two people to the Falls Church store and to ask for her specifically.

I went in for an upgrade today and left with a new I-Phone 15. The store is neat and clean. The associates and management and friendly and helpful. There is new management since my last visit and things are vastly improved. Highly recommended!

I purchased the $45 hassle-free lifetime warranty screen protector here for my iPhone 15 pro. They informed me that there was a 14 day "buyers remorse" return policy. Within 2 days it broke, and I attempted to return it. I was then informed that it could not be returned due to them not being able to resell it. So they replaced it. The manager later informed me that there is a $9 replacement fee each time this "Hassle-free lifetime warranty" item needs replaced. She claims "we recall the conversations differently."

Enrique received me in the store with respect and patience and provided everything I needed. No one has ever attended me the way he did. I give him respect and I believe that somebody like him can make a store look good with his skills and provide customer needs .

Easiest experience I've had with a mobile company. I spent hours on the phone with support with no luck but Darya and Enrique were able to solve my issue in minutes. I should've just come to this store first!

I took an old iPhone in today to have its data transferred to a newly purchased but also old, refurbished iPhone (long backstory). I'd called ahead and spoke to Darya, who said she wasn't 100% sure about the transfer success with such old phones, but would give it a shot.Well, not only did she successfully do the transfer, she did it in record time, while simultaneously helping a lot of other customers with their situations. All were different, but she handled each one with expertise, and everyone left the store HAPPY! Almost unheard of these days.I'm very grateful for Darya's superb help and delightful personality, and I highly recommend this store!

Honestly, probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. I used to buy new iPhones from the Apple store but I decided to go to AT&T because I heard they offered more for trade-in (which they do - $350 vs 150 for iPhone XR). However, I tried to get more information about the pricing differences between the different iPhones and they did not even have not and when I asked the representative it took 15 minutes to get an answer to the point where I just asked can I see what you are seeing on your screen to get an answer and was able to get it within 30 seconds. In addition, they charged all these different add-ons to my dad's account for the iPhone and then asked us to call to get rid of it. Their wifi was not even working in the store making the trade-in even more difficult as I had to go all the way back home do it all myself at home and then go back to the store to officially trade it in. I will not be coming back to this store anytime in the future.

Be careful when you step into this store!!!1. The sales will miss lead you to open account with high-cost package. My friend went to the store and told the sales that he needs an ATT phone number to join an ATT family plan. Then the sales opened an postpaid card for my friend. But! !! When the family plan holder tried to add my friend to the family plan, they were told the postpaid number cannot be added to family plan. Only prepaid account can be added to family plan. Then my friend has to wait for 30 days to transfer his account to a prepaid account to join the family plan. And!!! My friend received the bill of this month, it’s $85(package fee) + $17 (insurance fee)+activation fee. The sales didn’t tell my friend about the cost when opening the account. My friend didn’t ask because he thought he would be able to join the family plan right after opening the account. But why would an insurance needed? Why this sales open a $85 package without confirming with customer? Why opening a $85 postpaid account package while ATT has $50 prepaid package? Why opening a postpaid account while customer has stated that he just need a phone number to join a family plan?2. The representative may report you as fraud when they don’t know how to resolve an issue. Last year I worked with my colleague to resolve an issue with the ATT Mobile Hotspot. The account is under my colleague’s name but he has added me to the authorized person. I went this store for swap of the SIM card in the Mobile Hotspot. I also provided my ID when they asked for authentication. During communication, they asked for a information that me and my colleague cannot find at that time. Because the time is reaching the store’s close time, I told them we will try to find that information and come back on the next day. They said OK. But I didn’t know they just reported me as fraud for cheating for a SIM card after my left until the next day I went to the Tyson’s ATT store. The representative in the Tyson’s store is nice and guided me how to resolve this fraud issue. So this store would just report customer as fraud when they don’t know how to resolve an issue even though the customer is on the authorization list and can provide an ID. Why would a customer cheat for a useless SIM card? Really ridiculous!!!

I deleted my last review because the manager called me promising to resolve the issue right away. But after a few weeks I am posting this again because I feel like as soon as I deleted the review she forgot about it.They charged a whole bunch of stuff to my account without my knowledge or consent and they put it under a payment plan hidden on my bill so I wouldn’t notice. Please be super careful when shopping from this particular store or you’ll end up with a $360 charge on your bill.
