This location needs some help with phone etiquette. I called today to ask a simple question and was told “yeah we are too busy to answer questions unless it’s easy” after telling the person I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back lol so sad to say I had a good experience the first time going here and this girl ruined it with her awful attitude. I work in the customer service industry too there is a much better way to talk to people than that. Here’s some etiquette for you “I’m so sorry I left you on hold for 15 minutes, let me grab your phone number and I can try to call you back when we aren’t so busy” not that hard to be nice.

These 5 stars are for Ana and her alone, she is very professional and easy to talk to when you're trying to get set up with a plan or new device. She should be the example of customer service AT&T strives to achieve. If there were only Ana's working at every store ever, the world would finally begin to heal. Thank you Ana!!!! Three weeks ago, Carlos delivered exceptional service, efficiently resolving all line transfer issues with a friendly demeanor. We highly value his assistance and commend him for his effective work.Yesterday, we exchanged my current iPhone 13 for a new iPhone 15. Amalia and Sergio delivered excellent service, efficiently assisting us in completing the order.

Clean, well stocked location. Knowledgeable staff and the music is always a nice touch. I went today to have a sim card replaced and my agent was super helpful and got my son's iPad data working again? My only criticism is the wait times here - every time. The store is very big, but never enough staff working to manage the client traffic.

I do not recommend going to this location, I had a bad experience with the staff and even with the manager, 9 months ago I decided to change to AT&T and I did, everything they told me about payments and taxes, was not what they They told me the charges were always high and the phones came out defective and when you go to complain they don't give you a good answer, also the AT&T policy when you want to cancel they always charge you for the full month even if you haven't started the month, I had to pay At the beginning of the month and at the end of the month I had to pay twice just because I canceled my account, looked for another location or went to another phone company

I never thought I could have such a great experience at AT&T. Gabe broke down different options for me based on what I wanted. He was super friendly, polite and professional. I worked with Carlos on the transfer of my phone and he showed me how beneficial it was for an iPad AND DIRECTV! He was honest in providing me with options and made me feel satisfied in my decision to go with both! Highly recommend for a personalized and friendly experience.

Waited 30 mins. No one even checked in with us. They let other group to cut the line without even explaining to us why. Note that the other group spoke Spanish to the employee then they got serviced right away. Maybe the group is friend with the employee?Once they did finally ask us, they informed us that they couldn’t do that without the sales person there. Could have told us within 5 mins of us walking in.

Had an issue with my IPhone 15. Without sharing too many details, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Marie J. Marie J was so incredibly helpful. She spent over two hours trying to resolve my issue - coming up with creative solutions and suggestions. She definitely embodied professionalism and went above and beyond. Amazingly enough, she was trying to help me save money. Manager Gabriel also checked in to ensure everything was going well. This was a great experience. Kudos to all.

I had a problem with my account. I tried contacting the customer service a few times and they were unable/uninterested to really dive deep on the issue. I decided to walk into a store instead. After gathering all the information and asking all the right questions Sergio took care of it quickly. He’s very kind and attentive, went out of his way to resolve the problem immediately. Thanks Sergio!

Horrible customer service. Javier and Analis (manager) were so unprofessional and rude. My family and I placed an order with Javier for 4 iPhone 15 Pro Max and one had already arrived to the store. We went in to see if it was possible to switch out the color. Instead of doing that, Javier cancelled the line and cancelled the rest of our order. Of course, we asked why that was done and his response was that he thought that’s what we wanted. I went to go speak with Analis (manager) to explain what the situation was and she was so utterly rude to my mom, sister and I. She had no solution for us and all she could say was, “it’s not our fault. Whenever we go to change something in the account, the system automatically turns the phone line off. That if we wanted to find a way to get in contact with that lin3 (which was my dad’s) that she can give us a SIM card and we can go look for him to give it to him. The whole situation was a mess, but instead of apologizing and figuring out a solution, they both got defensive. Worst customer service ever.

Carlos was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our time in store. Additionally he went the extra mile to ensure we received the best service possible. I would highly recommend Carlos to any potential customer. If anyone deserves a raise it's him.

Terrible, terrible experience. Please avoid at all costs. We were promised a lower rate than our Verizon rate by using a military discount illegally (we didn’t know at that time that was the scaling applied). The name of my husband and SSN was then incorrectly filled, which triggered a fraud check issue we had to solve independently. Worst part, WE NEVER GOT AT&T SERVICE yet even after we got back to Verizon (4 days later) we were billed $900 bills from AT&T! It took us months to solve this issue that could have potentially been solved by the store manager WHO COULDN’T CARE LESS AND KICKED MY HUSBAND OUT OF HER STORE. We then learned by AT&T that this store does service for them but it’s not consider an AT&T store, so avoid please!

Hello my name is MIRLANDE SEVERE and I must say I started with AT&T the wrong way. The person who signed me at Target did such a bad job. He used a wrong social security, wrong info and wrong account. He also gave me a wrong code. When I came to the store I met Marie Jimenez she was a life saver. It took 2 days to fix the mess. She was very patient. The first day there was problem. She was more sad than me. She followed up with me and asked me if I wanted to try again and second day the account cleared up and saved the day. I received the best customer service from her. I appreciate her persistence and her love for her customers and her job. I wish there were more people like. Please I want her to know how much I appreciate her help. I will always com here and send my friends. I love her transparency.

My customer rep today was Javier. He is a wonderful rep for AT&T. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He has an excellent manner in dealing with customers and in working to resolve difficult technical issues. Recommend him highly.
