Located fairly close to me, I was happy to find this smoke shop. Unfortunately majority of my visits have been a below average experience. Most staff lack product knowledge and are unable to answer certain questions. They couldn’t tell me what somethings wrong even were, I had to teach them what it was. There hours are more of a generalization than specific times. They seem to close and open whenever they feel like it. Its not uncommon for them to open whenever they feel like vs their advertised hours. Second time I’ve come here and they SHOULD be open but it looks like the lights haven’t even been turned on yet. The only reason they get the second star is because the prices aren’t as taxed as other tobacco shops in the area. What good is that though if every time I come, they decided they didn’t want to work today? Only use this shop if you know they have what you want/need (shop is small), and make sure to compare it to online prices cuz not everything is priced with the same margins!Edit: hours advertise 10am-10pm. Got here at 10:15 and waited till 10:45 before giving up and leaving.

If i could give it less than a star, i would. We walked in and instead of being greeted, we were told how to park next time. Mind you, it’s dark, difficult to see the parking area, parking spots not outlined, and it’s parking lot was empty. so not sure why my parking mattered. Anyways, i asked the short skinny dude with his “alpha” wana be energy if they carried a flavor and his response was “never heard of it” in a nasty tone. Rude and disinterested. avoid the place.

Very great place vapes and tobacco..I use neither but, they also have CBD that I use for my pain as an athlete and business owner. Mo..the staff member and premier cashier is very affable as well as knowledge about the products. I come every morning at opening and he is ALWAYS ON TIME. Kudos ??

I walked in the place and the guy was so rude I immediately left. He didn't even say hi to me when I walked in the door but immediately started speaking to me as if he was a police officer telling me where to park.

Where to start, product selection is really good. Customer service is horrible. There used to be an English guy behind the counter. He was amazing. Haven’t seen him in a while. The big bold guy is just loud and not suited to any customer service but he’s still better than the guy called Z. Stay away if you see him. Rude, uninterested, not helpful, holds conversations with others while you ask him a question. He actually ignored my question so he could talk to a girl. If you see him in the store you’re better off avoiding altogether!
